Jollynova as a company sucks. I ordered my product on May 7th 2022. First I was informed that my product would arrive within 3 days. Then 10- 15 days. Today is may 24th and I still haven't gotten my product. So now I'm reading 10- 28 days for delivery. Gtfoh with this b/s. I will never order from this company again and I emplore any customer not to order from this company as well

Sent wrong pair & want me to pay for return.. Stay away from this scam...Good thing I use PayPal got my refund.

The portrayal of very young girls on the site is disturbing and disgusting...Stop the sexualization of little kids!!!!!

I ordered 2pair blue and grey. They sent me brown and white. I strongly do not like white frames. It took a minute but they gave me a refund for their mistake.

I would give a negative if i could. They sent me a broken pair of glasses and now while I'm trying to get it corrected they just stopped responding. I'm now going to file a claim through my credit card company.

Never receive my glasses! I will never order from them again!

Ordered sunglasses, revived the package empty. I contacted them, sent them pictures of the empty package. They insist over and over again the item hasn’t arrived yet and that it’s still in transit. Argue I'm wrong that the package is still coming. HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS ARGUING WITH THEM, and all I have is an empty package. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BASICALLY A SCAM.

I usually don't write reviews. But I am very pleased with the 2 pairs of sunglasses I purchased. The price with the promotional 50% off second pair was a price I would expect at a flea market or such however the quality is exceptional. Better than some exorbitantly priced over the counter models. They are stylish and dark enough. I can't speak more highly of them.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. This company is a scam and totally dishonest. I ordered socks. They shipped a portion of the order and the items were not as described on their website. When I asked to cancel the remainder of the order JollyHola refused to issue a full credit to my account. I returned the incorrect socks, at my expense, and have not received a refund. My recent emails and requested have gone unanswered.

Ordered sunglasses and received email with invoice showing everything priced in Canadian dollars (CAD$50). But they charged me in US dollars (US$50). Despite having email from them showing CAD they denied incorrectly charging me. Dishonest approach to business.

This is our first time we ordered sunglasses from Jollyhola and we had a very bad experience shopping with them. We ordered 3 sunglasses out of which we received one of the sunglasses with completely different colour than what we originally ordered. So we checked their returns&exchanges policy and it clearly mentioned that if the product arrive damaged, different or not working then Jollyholla will offer the return shipping fee. So we started an email communication with their customer services team and they are just fooling us around over the emails despite of its being their mistake that they have sent us the wrong coloured sunglasses, he is just making excuses and at one point he agreed that he will send us the new order and then he just denied. We have all the email conversations as a proof but its just we are fed up following up with them. Such a pathetic experince. We will never buy anything again from them.

Jollyhola is a scam. They have stolen all of the photos and text from our website in effort to sell products that are not authentic. You will definitely get ripped off - avoid at all costs.

11/3/21 ‐ 12 days for delivery of two watches. They look really nice. Will update review in 6 months. So far, very happy.

Ordered two pairs of photochromic (darkens in sunlight) sunglasses. Same pair, one silver, one black. One came with very dark lenses. The other very light. Neither changed a bit.

The silver actually came as gunmetal. Didn’t respond to emails. Let my $50 mistake, not be yours. Avoid this site. Rather pay extra and shop in USA instead of China. Faster and better customer service.

Do not buy these sunglasses. I bought 4. Their stainless steel glasses feel like cheap plastic. They are a low quality product. When asking for a return, they refused to pay shipping, even though the product is not as described on the website. I finally decided to pay the return shipping. They received 3 days ago and have not refunded nor replied to my request for an update. Awful awful awful. Stay far away from this company.

Both pairs I ordered from this company fell apart within 5 days of use. I was in Cairo Egypt and the screw popped out of the frame and the sunglasses fell apart in the middle of a bazaar. Total garbage. You might as well get a pair from Walgreens or CVS.
