From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I go to there to buy crickets. Most times the crickets are mostly dead or near dead.
They need food and water to survive

Is five star you cannot get a better service any way less but jollyes
Are the kindest people and they are happy to help anyone that needs help also the pet clinic we're my dog get there vaccination at are really good with my dogs I think they could actually make it in to a veterinary practice cause they would get more people registered with them has they are good in price I would sign up
With them if they make it into a veterinary practice like vets4pets

Well my dog come for there vaccinations and I think they are really good in price and they are really nice staff has well

I found the server very rude

I found the server very rude. I picked up items that I needed and wanted to ask about something else. I started explaining and he said to pass him the items and hurry up as there was a queue. If I had the time to drive to another pet shop I would have, but had puppy duties to get back to. I will avoid Jollyes from now on.
