From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Polite, knowledgeable staff
I went to the Dereham store and was helped by Jim. He was very knowledgeable especially regarding nutrition. I bought some of the Lifestage puppy food for my Cavapoo. He also helped me with selecting a toy, chew stopper spray and peanut butter.

Review.
We are always happy when we visit the Jollyes Dereham because we find the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we are not so happy with some of the stock, we often cannot find the food we want, in particular James wellbeloved grain free cat and dog food. We also find it very difficult to navigate the Jollyes website and app. We would order more but often get caught up going round and round in circles.

Very nice assistant behind the desk.
She listened and made suggestions and also asked a further two ladies if they could offer help.

Friendly staff and friendly service.
The store is clean and easy to move around, it would be good for wheelchair users. Lots of options in the food for all sorts of pets. They used to have rabbits and guinea pigs for sale but not sure if they still do as didn’t go down that aisle.
All sorts of leads, collars , coats toys for dogs and cats.

Lovely visit to have a look around
I bought what l came for which is always a bonus when you have a poorly dog, also donated a meal to PACT when l paid which is an excellent way to help a charity. Well done!
