I have been a customer since the store…
I have been a customer since the store opened in Cookstown. I can't use the points I have accumulated. Since I created my account on your application, every time I try to log in, it tells me that I don't have an account, to create a new account. When I use my only email, the application tells me that there is already 1 account with that email. In short, no account, no points and the solution they gave me in the store was to create a new account with a new email. My solution is to stop going to the store, as I do not want or need to create a new email and in addition, I will lose all the points I have to date.
