From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I was in a bit of a state last night when I went to the storemy cat was sick and I had to get some things for her. I also had to give her a tablet twice a day no idea how to give it to her. The member of staff told me what she would do I tried it and it worked I'm so pleased and grateful to her.

Jollyes are convenient for most of your pet needs whether avian, dog or car even fish. Some of their goods can be bought cheaper elsewhere so it pays to check that out if you are on a budget. Some dog treats are not necessarily healthy or safe for your pet and again something you need to be aware of. Staff are generally friendly and helpful providing options and advice. The Jollyes app is a bit disappointing since offers are not always clear or when you go to the checkout don’t always work - can be embarrassing if a queue behind you!! Overall though a handy store for essentials - the larger stores naturally stock more variety - Jollyes are pet friendly and you and your dog are always welcome.
