Great Customer Service
I was approached by a staff member to ask if I needed any help. I wanted to ask about changing my dogs to raw food. Dylan was extremely helpful and spent some time going through different options and explained the benefits of raw food for the dogs. Dylan was very knowledgeable and patient and I left feeling confident in trying the dogs on a new food. Thanks for the excellent above and beyond customer service Dylan!!

Fast and efficient service
Fast and efficient service. I didn't have to wait at all as a staff member asked if he could help straight away. I needed flea treatment for 2 dogs. He asked a few questions about my pets and gave me options for the best treatment. Friendly and extremely helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. So knowledgeable in the products and helped massively when my resue had some accidents on the floor. Very appreciative of their help. Products are good quality and store kept clean and tidy. Would recommend
