Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since.... Se mer

Avability of staff to answer queries and to be knowledgeable about products. To be courteous to customers at all times making the customer know that their custom is important.
Friendly staff willing to help.
Sadly fluctuation in prices can be off-putting .
Consistently charging same price would be more helpful than fluctuating each week.

I felt listened to and am fully confident in my choice of dog food.
