Never got the link to get the application for my phone.

Was easy enough to get the insurance that I needed and the way that I needed it so far so good but it’s brand new. Hopefully I won’t have to use it.

11:10a on August 22, 2025, we were stopped at a red light on Comanche and Tramway in Albuquerque NM. My daughter who was 19 months old, was seated in her car seat in the back. The car behind me was also initially stopped. Before the light turned green, the car, a Black Nissan Rogue, accelerated and rear ended us.

We exchanged insurance details after the accident. The other driver's, Kristin Buchmann, airbags deployed. Kristin Buchmann used Root Insurance.

Since the accident, our car's trunk will not open, there is significant damage to the bumper and trunk door, and the back sensors no longer work. We have submitted the photos and repair estimates to Root Insurance over a month ago and have had no response. We have followed up numerous times. The Root Insurance agent we initially spoke to is Jeremy Evans and he has not responded to any follow up communication in the past 5 weeks. Currently waiting for his manager Brooke Chenault to respond.

This is a bad company I don't know why my son gave me this company. I'm a clean driver I don't drink I don't smoke I have no tickets I have no accidents since I start driving 1996 and you guys went up almost $300 on me but thanks God there's some website I did some quote and I already find a company I only have to pay $625 for 6 months. I opened the app once and found a message saying submit your your payment card information so you can pay the same price you paid the first six months. Now I can't delete my card information and you've raised my price I'm a good driver never have any problem in my whole life you guys only going to make money out of me.

Easy site access, straight forward pricing, opportunity for discounts!! Lowered my premium by $100 and still may get additional discounts after driving!!

They just carbon copied my current rate…I see no difference…still paying more not less.

Signing up was easy but loading app for other drivers has not. Hoping to get it resolved and hopefully will work well.

I’ve done everything I could to stay with Root, but today they canceled my policy without any real help or grace through the process. Instead of working with me or showing any understanding, all they seemed to care about was money. The lack of customer support and compassion has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Root Insurance to anyone looking for a company that values its customers.

I'm still not sure if I got insurance or not on my autos. There's not concrete confirmations.

Gran diferencia en los precios de la póliza de seguro ,hace rato estaba esperando este tipo de póliza y si durará más sería mucho mejor por ejemplo ,durante un año completo como era antes.Big difference in insurance policy prices. I've been waiting for this type of policy for a while, and if it lasted longer, it would be much better, for example, for a full year, as it was before.

Quick and easily adjustable at least for a broad perspective with coverages. Currently very frustrated by the warnings popping up in the app about settings not be conducive to test drive. This is not applied well and not intuitive in how it is helping the customer. Needs to be fixed

Anthony was wonderful to speak to when I called to verify everything went through online. Ot was very easy to sign up online, so easy I had to call and make sure I did everything correctly. This auntie is very satisfied.
