A class above other supermarkets dealing with travel money. Lovely surroundings, pleasant and helpful staff. If the money is upstairs in main office, no worries have a nice cup of coffee in the cafe until it’s ready

Collection issues
When I arrived at the Nailsea store to collect I was told I needed to produce the debit card I paid with. Because I paid with a virtual card in my Google wallet I couldn't do this. In the email instructions it only said ID and the email confirmation should be needed. I think staff need to be given clarity about what to expect customers to provide.
