Excellent customer service from everyone, from the moment we entered the shop through to delivering and installing the new appliance and collecting the old- all staff were helpful and friendly.

Joe Graham's were easy to contact and arrange a visit to fix a cooker at a rental property. They contacted the tenant and arranged a suitable time. They provided me with an explanation of the problems and suggested remedies. I opted for a new cooker which was installed within days.

You know what you are getting.
A genuine sealed from the factory genuine appliance at the right cost.
Plus the guy delivering the appliance was very helpful .
I also use Jo Graham's for genuine spare parts.
I made the mistake before of going
elsewhere and finding slightly cheaper.
I have now fitted my integrated fridge freezer and and happy as I know it is a genuine appliance and not a second!

Excellent Customer Service
Delivery driver rang 10 mins before arriving and was a really nice helpful guy.
He collected the old dryer and delivered the new one.
This was a simple, straightforward transaction that went perfectly - I wish all deals were this good.
Cannot fault any part of this, from buying to delivery.

I ordered an oven on Friday morning and it was delivered the same day, I couldn't believe how quick it was.
The showroom staff and the delivery men were all very good and friendly.
I will definitely be using Joe Graham again.

When in show room the person who came…very good.
When in show room the person who came and was very helpful sold us a fridge freezer,We then went and bought a microwave.We had a next day delivery and the delivery man was very helpful ,we did ask his name which he gave us,unfortunately as two old foggys we forgot.would recommend your company.
