Ordering in store was informative, efficient and I was delighted delivery next day could fit with my existing commitments.
The delivery crew were very friendly, considerate and helpful. Brilliant service all round! Thank you

Courtesy and efficiency.

A misunderstanding in ordering on my part led to the wrong machine being brought. I was immediately glad I'd booked the fitter too as he was able to summon up the right one in about half an hour.
Ordering in the shop through to to fitting was all completed within less than 24 hrs.

Replaced a fridge freezer after previous one failed early in its life. Reached a fair deal on the replacement. I will continue to use Joe Graham as they do understand the technicalities of different products and can advise impartially on the merits of various brands.

Very pleasant staff, and experience from the purchase to the fitting .

I needed a washing machine fairly quickly. Joe Grahams were able to supply quicker and cheaper than anyone else. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the machine I bought. I was really impressed with the service Joe Grahams gave us. Thank you

The whole experience of purchasing my new appliance was made easy from choosing, ordering and the delivery. Very helpful in the showroom without being pushy. Delivery was on time and driver was polite and helpful on what was a very hot and tiring day. An all round pleasant experience using this company. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended. Quick efficient knowledgeable polite service, could not have asked for more.

When Hotpoint supplied my new single cavity cooker with only one wire shelf, Joe Graham's helped me out with an instant solution. Local business who cares about the community they live and work in, not some faceless corporate robot. Proper after sales customer care, and much appreciated, thank you.

Been using the team at Joe Graham for years.
I never go anywhere else and they always give a great service.
Brilliant as ever.
