I never received my order…
I never received my order PJBUS1140007911 and despite numerous attempts they never responded in attempt to make things right. I had gotten an email with a case number 00043998. At this point Id like nothing but my money back.
Update : I had emailed them and still have not gotten a response in regards to the refund for the order I never received. This is terrible service and would just like my money back instead of dragging this further. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Excellent customer service! Replaced a part that I had lost. Even though it was my own fault for losing the part they sent me a replacement free no questions asked and had great communication throughout the process.

No customer support
While the product is fine, it is extremely difficult, literally impossible to reach Joby’s customer care contact. None of their links work or have a clear communication channel to initiate return or raise a query. While the product itself is fine, I will strongly discourage to deal directly with Joby for any purchases.

Poor communication, no international shipping, bad packaging
I couldn’t get answers from either Joby or Aquatech about this product before purchasing. Seems they didn’t know much about the product they were selling and just referred me to one another.
International shipping wasn’t available, which is strange. And then it was shipped in such terrible packaging that didn’t hold up to simple domestic shipping.
I haven’t used the housing yet because after arranging for it to be forwarded to me from UK it didn’t arrive before I left on a surf trip so can’t comment on the product.
