iPower Resale Omdömen 

I have purchased several computers and I Pads from them and have been extremely happy with the service, products and the price. I recently had a problem with my MacBook and they quickly figured out the problem and repaired it free of charge.

I recently purchased an “open box” Mac Pro 2019 and paid a premium for that condition. The item I received was heavily used and confirmed by Apple as a used machine, not even a certified refurbished. When I brought this to iPowerResales attention, they denied and only offered and ghosted. When I pushed and got a response after I received the item, they told me they would return it or give me $100 even though used stock they have is going for $800 less. They asked me what I wanted and ghosted me again. If you want what you’re paying for, don’t work with this company. If you’re fine with used, I’m sure they’re fine, but they’re dishonest about the condition of new/open-box/refurbished and they charge a premium for those conditions.

I ordered a refurbished laptop from IPOWER RESALE. FEDEX lost the package . I provided them with a letter from FedEx stating such and it has been 2 months with no response And no refund. If you want some customer service this would not be the company to go to. They are horrible and pray that your package doesn’t get lost because if it does they will keep your money and not refund your money. If I can rate them a zero I would.

I bought a macbook from this Ipower resales which crashed and wanted into a firmware mode within a year. Took it to apple whom discovered the serial number was mostly likely associated with a stolen product. They therefore would not unlock, repair or do anything with a now dead computer. I reached out to ipower - no response - 2 weeks and waiting

ALL IPOWER RESALE SUPERVISORS AND REVIEW TEAM ARE FOOLS.
THEY CANCELED MY ORDERS FOR NO TANGIBLE REASON AND THEY TRIED TO KEEP MY MONEY..

Prices are on the higher end but overall the quality is very good
I had a problem with few macbook. One of them had 130 cycles which qualify as used not open box. And, few macbook had damage boxes.
