Quick dispatch, well packaged and good quality

I wanted a couple of nice pieces of artwork for my room i display all my 1:18 model cars in. I received a couple today and they are really smart. Great quality and unique. Communication with the team has been good. I've ordered a couple more to finish my room off. Another happy customer 👍

Delivery was fast and quick and no issues and the quality of the product is fantastic and I cant wait for my son to see them on xmas morning as I know he gunna love them.

Had a slight issue with a few marks on the print, think it happened during transport. Josh was very quick and helpful in sorting it out for me. Not my first order…quality is great and service is amazing.

I ordered three prints as a Christmas present for my mum, when they arrived one of the three prints was not to the standard that i had hoped, when ordering there is no option to preview your print. I emailed JJ prints as it says on their website that if you are not 100% happy for any reason they will fix. I got an email back from them saying that it is in their t&c's that if you want your picture checked to email them 1st, this is not obvious when ordering. I emailed them back as it does state on their page about the 100% guarantee, to this i have had no reply. i feel quite disappointed as like I say this is a Christmas present, the picture is of my Mum and her late husband on their wedding day. The other two prints are of great standard but feel let down by the lack of response and their false statement on their website.

It's okay.

When I tried to take a picture and show JJprints what I don't like, the acrylic top had some stains, was scratched, and was chipped on the corners.

It was nearly impossible to do that.

I have to say that the pictures are very photogenic, but they don't have the same "wow" effect in real life.

I'm not sure if it's worth the money, but it is okay.

5* for communication and delivery.

I did wonder how the prints would come out as they were my own pics from my phone. Turns out they are absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with them. Super fast delivery too and all the prints were well protected for shipping. Will definitely be getting more done.
