When I ordered it I had difficulty finding where to add the personalization. I sent an email to which I did receive a response but by then I had found a way, I thought to have the personalization added. The original order # was 21384 an 8x10 map of Hyrule....I then ordered (#21385) a birthday personalization which I was charged and paid for. I specifically mentioned that it was to be added to order # 21384. This never occurred. The map is beautiful but it is for our son's 40th birthday and a personal note would have completed it.

I ordered this as I am huge fan of both Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings (Middle Earth). My first order was the Weasley Clock, which I love and its now hanging in my kitchen, this time I chose the illuminated Middle Earth map, and its now hanging on my landing (with a smart plug to turn it on and off daily at set times). My brother in law has relatives in Ukraine and Ukranian heritage.
The map is fantastic, beautifully made and I am constantly stopping by when crossing the landing to look up details from the books and films. It is well worth getting the map and with the high details and layered contours and depth it just brings it alive.
I am so glad I bought this and it is the focal point in my home.

This is a stunning product, I feel so lucky to own the Weasley clock and it looks amazing with the rest of my hp collection. I absolutely love the new clock they just brought out too!!! The only concern is the time frame from when it was bought to when it was shipped. I received multiple email notifications that were contradicting. I believe simple and cleaner communication will be best.

I came back a few months later and ordered extra spoons. I received these very quickly. My son and wife are expecting twin baby. Do I needed more spoons. Thank you loved the quality of the product.

I am absolutely blown away with the quality of this item. My son is a huge Harry Potter fan and his graduating college next week. He will absolutely love the clock. The workmanship on it is extraordinary shipping did take a little longer than expected, but it is coming all the way from Ukraine so definitely plan for that. I look forward to purchasing something else from you in the future.

Even though I payed for shipping, I was asked to pay 30$ to UPS for shipping. Product-wise, the item is finely detailed and o apparent high quality.

The advertised size was not even close to what came. I paid over $200 for an 8x11! Not happy with the size at all.

Got the map of middle earth with the lighting. Amazing piece of art. I do wish there were instructions on how to clean the inside of the glass as it is dusty likely from shipping. Overall wonderful product!
