No replacement on Damaged product
We ordered BOAT headphones which was damaged after opening the package. We immediately contacted customer care and raised ticket with photo of product where they agreed for refund and contacted us. The first question they asked whether the package was damaged. We said no but the product is damaged they said if package is not damaged there is no refund or replacement policy and error is from manufacturers. They refused to replaced the product. We send mails till nodal officer but no reply yet. Their customer care email is not working. Jot responding to calls. Our money is wasted. JIO MART is a big fraud. Don't buy online items from them.
Worst customer care title
Worst customer care service. They tried to avoid the contact at first . I want to return my product which was denied by delivery person due to issue in their portal.he intimate me to contact customer care support about this issue. I contacted them regularly. They didn't provide proper detail, they won't respond through chat also, they didn't intimate any details about the process. Today itself i get insult from them through chat and call also. In chat , they said I am offline so they close the chat while I am sending 5 messages immediately. In phone call , they didn't listen or understand my concern so I tell the person that to connect me with higher official. He also a irresponsible person who disconnected my call while speaking such a irresponsible website . Don't buy anything through this site.
Very bad experience, not dependable and trustworthy
Today for the first time.i downloaded the Jiomart app and ordered certain grocery items.
There was a freebee offered which I selected (1kg onion @Rs5).
The order was delivered on time however after opening the packet I was surprised to find that all items in the order was delivered but the onion.
When I called the customer care they instead of making efforts to deliver the complete order offered to refund Rs.5 to me.
I felt like I am cheated. I have now un-installed the app and I am.not going to use it in future considering the fraudulant practice of luring the customer.with offers and not delivering. The grievance mechanism is poor and there are no systems to deal with the issues raised by the customer.
For JIOMART customer is not a priority.
Please be aware of such fraudulent practices and be very careful - open the packet in front of the delivery person to check completeness of your order.
Rotten tomatoes ans smelly baby corns
Today first time i ordered from Jiomart just 3 things baby corn, tomatoes & potatoes. baby corn are smelling, tomatoes are rotten & potatoes big & green. worst experience and never thought Jiomart sells such cheap quality products.

Very bad app, services, policies. I had purchased gift card of 1000 & used in order of amount 279 only remaining amount of rs 721 not reflecting in jiomart gift card wallet. customer service team saying as per policy you cannot use remaining balance. how come? I would strongly recommend not to purchase any gift card or voucher for jiomart. making fool of customers, even during redemption i haven't seen any msg that remaining amount can't be used again. other app provide facility of partial use.

difference in displayed price and charged price
They have very attractive offers at display and lure the customers to buy more products. But, there are two discrepancies I often notice. 1. So many times the MRP on product is lesser than the displayed MRP. 2. Many often, the offer price displayed on shelves does differ from the actual price they charge at the time of billing. It means they display lesser price and charge much more... yani hathi ke dant, khane ke aur, dikhane ke aur. When customer bring the difference in their notice, they excuse that their billing system gets daily updated. This is the clear violation of consumers' rights... especialy during the festival/special sale period.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus (Order ID: 17529168190336549M) on 19th July 2025, fully prepaid. It was supposed to be delivered by 23rd July – which is my birthday. Thought it would be a great gift to myself.
But guess what? It’s the 23rd, and the phone still hasn’t arrived. No courier name, no tracking ID, nothing. The status just says “shipped” and that’s it. AWB and transporter info literally says "NA". I mean… what kind of serious company ships an iPhone and doesn’t even provide a proper tracking link?
I tried calling, emailing, chatting — same copy-paste responses and no real help. I’m shocked this is the level of service from a company backed by Reliance.
This was my first ever order with JioMart and it’s definitely my last. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away. Buy from someone who knows what customer service means.

Milk purchased from Jio Mart was bad
We had ordered 4 pouches of milk 1 litre each from jiomart. 2 litres of Prabhat gold brand and 2 of Govardhan gold brand.
All 4 pouches, the milk had turned bad, within 4 days. Tried calling customer care but no response. On 4th day, managed to get through and customer care lady responded saying that complaint should have been raised within 2 days. We never faced this problem even with Dmart.
Please do not purchase milk through jiomart.

I’ve never been more frustrated with an online shopping platform than I am with Jiomart. What they are doing is nothing short of a scam, and here's why:
Quick Delivery = False Promise!
Jiomart claims “Quick Delivery” with times as short as 10-30 minutes. Sounds great, right? But here’s the reality: They never deliver on this promise! Even if you choose the "quick delivery" option, you’ll find yourself waiting for days, sometimes even longer. And when they do "realize" that the delivery is delayed, they blame it on your pincode. Why is it that they don’t check if the pincode is eligible for quick delivery at the time of placing the order? This is the most basic thing in any online system! They should hire some competent technical developers to get their system in shape, maybe take notes from companies like Zepto or Blinkit who manage to get it right!
No Option to Cancel Orders
Seriously, NO CANCEL OPTION in their app or web portal! How am I supposed to cancel my order if there's no option? You’d think a company this big would have a simple process in place, but NO! When I reached out to customer care to cancel my order, they didn’t even know how to handle it.
Awful System Updates
Jiomart’s system is completely broken. When I cancelled an order in the morning, it was still shipped the next day without updating the system properly. You mean to tell me they can't see that an order was cancelled the day before? How incompetent can they be? It took 24 hours for them to update my order status after a cancellation. What kind of useless system is this?
Unprofessional Staff (Store Manager)
I reached out to the store manager (Akash Singh, Surat - Guj Store) - [Mob - 8780521780], and he had the audacity to say: “Jo ukhadna hai, ukhad lo.” Is this how you treat your customers? Am I just a fool for placing an order with Jiomart? This is the level of professionalism you can expect from their management.
Rude and Unhelpful Customer Care
Don’t even bother contacting customer care. They disconnect calls when you try to explain your issue and have the nerve to be rude. They seem to think offering a small refund will somehow fix things. Let me remind you, Jiomart: It’s not about the refund. It’s about trust and respect! Every time a customer is disrespected, you lose their business. And trust me, I will never shop from Jiomart again!
No Response to Customer Support Tickets
Even after raising multiple support tickets, there’s absolutely no response. They just ignore you. Zero accountability! You can send tickets all day, but they never respond or even bother to acknowledge your issue.
A Message to the Ambani Group:
You’ve collected so much money from customers all over India --- how about you start providing some real value and respect to your customers?
You are only digging your own grave. Either stop the scam or improve your system and customer service. This is no longer about making a profit; it’s about protecting your brand’s reputation.
