On 26th August 25 placed an order of Rs 503.2 via credit card. Immediately I got a message via email that due to unforeseen circumstances my order couldn't be confirmed and within 15 days my money would be refunded.
Next day I emailed the jiomart of the refund and no response and also called the customer care no. Where it is automated and no human being to answer the call. It says thank you for
calling, View your order. The order shows less amount because one item is not available, now showing Rs.450. There is no initiation of refund.
On 28th August I visited the store asking in charge of store to help out, but he outright refused to help saying the back end staff will cancel the delivery and the amount will be refunded. So I met Mr. SANDEEP KARAT the supervisor of the store in Mumbai Central, he said the pincode 400 011 is handled by three places I.e. Arthur Road branch and Sewree branch and recently been redistributed, when actually I have been receiving goods from Mumbai Central store only. Also I asked them to cancel my order on the app but the order ID was not showing up automatically. Hence he concluded that we have not received your order. So he suggested me to wait for 15 days. So I complained the cyber crime no 1930. Mr Shinde from cyberpolice, bandra west 3rd floor, took my credit card no and lodged my complaint and gave me a complaint no. 31908250154819 and said I will receive an sms, which didn't receive. He said that to go Agripada Police with the complaint no and get your refund. I felt like both are scam and hand in gloves.
In short whether it is Jiomart, JioFiber or Jio Sim, everything is a big scam. 2nd scam is when you buy tetrapack milk which has higher discount than Amul Milk than suddenly the stock is unavailable for delivery, when actually it is hidden in boxes away from customers. I actually searched, found and purchased it from the store.
Like Jiofiber landline is not working for last two months and there is no way to complain or find resolution. It is faceless entity.

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. I placed an order for groceries worth ₹1,400, but despite multiple attempts, the order was not placed while the payment was deducted three times from my account.
1st Attempt: Money deducted, order not placed.
2nd Attempt: Again, money deducted, order not placed.
3rd Attempt: Repeated issue, no order confirmation.
Despite several calls and messages to your customer care, I have received no response or resolution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I request you to:
Immediately initiate a refund for all failed transactions.
Provide a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
Ensure that such technical glitches do not happen in the future.
If I do not receive a resolution soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter further, including raising a chargeback request with my bank.

I ordered twice on JioMart and each time had problems. The latest experience was that I order 3 items and only 1 was delivered even though I had paid for 3! I have had to send pictures and messages to an idiotic AI tool that does not work! This is daylight robbery and I would avoid this website. Not at all impressed

The experience of using the jiomart app was very bad. Today I ordered some vegetables, wafers and bread etc. I completed the payment process, after 10 minutes I got a message that the payment will be refunded if there is no receipt. Neither the item arrived nor the payment was returned. And out of the 2 kg of potatoes that arrived, approximately 300 grams came out bad and rotten. There is no chance of giving a rating and yes, writing this experience will not make any difference to that company, but it is necessary that any friends who read the experience will be informed about this money-extortion fraud of the company. Online is fine, but never step foot in their store.

I was using jiomart app for some time. They used to deliver good quality vegetables, eventhough they were taking 4 to 5 days delivery time. Recently they started quick delivery in Manipal. Then I was happy to order from this app. However they started to deliver few items and started telling few items are not available. Refund used to take few weeks time. Today they cancelled the items telling that they attempted to deliver and I was not available. It is a lie and they even not bother to call. I called jio mart office and they told that since they didn't get enough orders from our area they cancelled it. And also he was very rude and told you need not have to order again from jiomart. If they can't deliver items online then why they keep the app open? It's very disappointing. Service is very bad..I wanted to give zero stars.. but no option
