Excellent company and service!

The colour stone of my engagement ring changed dramatically in less than 18 months and the original company it was ordered from wouldn't help and left me very upset and disappointed. I wasn't really sure what to do, but then I found this company by a Google search and Jasmine was incredibly helpful from the get go.
After sending it off safely and securely and getting a quote within 24hrs, I gave the approval for them to get to work and within 3 weeks, it was back on my finger and I couldn't be happier with the job they've done. It looks brand new again and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I had my wife's Diamond ring repaired, (missing one diamond), which was replaced to match the other diamond, i was advised to have all the 12 claws replaced in the ring which i did, to stop future loss of diamonds, as the ring was quite old, the Ring was returned to me in beautiful condition, my wife was very happy with the ring...

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this company for repairing my pendant. It had been sitting in a box for nearly 25 years and originally belonged to my grandmother who passed away. It may not be valuable, but it is incredibly sentimental to me.

My baby daughter was born last year on the same birthday as her great-grandmother and even has her name as a middle name. That made me realise it was finally time to take the pendant out, have it repaired, and keep it safe so that one day I can pass it on to her.

The jewellery repair was done perfectly and at a very reasonable price. The quality is excellent, communication was great, and delivery was very fast.
