Avoid at any cost. It’s a bunch of liars and scammers. You will never receive the part what you pay for and NEVER get any refund. Very RUDE and unprofessional person from “customer service” on the phone. Don’t trust them and AVOID. SCAMMERS - SCAMMERS - SCAMMERS

ordered a part and 3weeks later no part have emailed 3 times no responce. stay well clear of them complete scam.

Extremely irresponsible. Claiming to deliver across Europe within 3 days, in fact can't ship within 3 weeks. 😄

Until you write a guy in support (and remind him 3 times), you won't get any updates since he has no sense of urgency.

Gut refunded in 3 weeks, 100% not recommend - they will waste your time

It has been 4 weeks, no emails no product, nothing and I really need it I think I just got scammed

Two weeks have passed since the payment. The store does not respond to my order requests. I wrote a complaint to Paypal asking for a refund. I do not recommend this store.

Ne perdez pas votre temps, produit qui n'est pas expédier, ils répondent pas. Incroyable une tel incompétence, j'ai dû passer Paypal pour résoudre la commande.

Still have no idea if item has shipped or not.

Been over 2 weeks now only thing i know is they have my money. And part was out of stock when the website said it was in stock

Great selection of items and easy to order. Cost and shipping were both excellent, and quality part delivered.
Communication could be better - emailed to check if item dispatched and no reply, although parcel arrived 5 days later.
Easy payment.
Would use again if needed a part as website easy to use, ordering simple and price good.

I ordered a part from them almost 2 weeks ago now.
The order was placed and paid for however I received no order number or email of confirmation.
I took a screenshot of it and my PayPal receipt proves everything.
After 10 days of this I tried to call the number on the sight which when I clicked on it it let me to a 1800 number.
I wrote the actual number down and called it and spoke to someone that told me they were waiting on it to come from their supplier in Turkey.
He checked on the system and it turned out it was on a shelf there all along.
I was assured it was being sent straight away but still no word of dispatch or sign of the part.
The whole service seems very poor in general,

The traceability of the package did not arrive, I tried to contact them but they did not respond to the emails.
When the package arrived after weeks, the detail I received was different from the photo on the website and also the code was different from the one on the website, so they sent me the wrong item.

they said fast shipping etc and it 10 days to actually ship the part

Overall this company was good tbh, ive seen & read the negative reviews but i thought i would give realoem parts a go as prices were better than most , i will admit that the part took awhile to arrive but which annoyed me a little but when it arrived it was the part i ordered & it was a top oem brand & new , packaged well so very happy with it, communication was good when i inquired about dispatch etc, they replied quick too , was polite & helpful . So basically only issue was delivery time but ill let that slide as the part i recieved was half the price of the main dealer price & like i said top notch brand .
Thanks for your service realoem parts & ill look forward to my next purchase when i need a part .

10 days after ordering still no goods received, although the delivery should have taken place within 5 days.
Only after cancellation of the order did we receive an answer from the shop.

Alles super gelaufen. Gerne wieder. Ist ein seriöser Anbieter. Bei Lieferungen nach Deutschland ist nur zu bedenken, dass man eine Zoll Nr. benötigt. Also +19 MwSt. und ca.15% Zoll je nach Ware.

4 weeks ago I did order part for my Audi. Was told that it shoul arrive in 5 days. I am still waiting for my order. Do you think that this is a good experience. I will be lucky if I will get it at all.
