The product does not arrive in the packaging shown on the website. The packages are supposed to be resealable so that you can use the product several times. This is not the case. No instructions are included and customer service is nonexistent. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing this item. the patch dried up completely after 3 hours wearing it - its is not reusable and no one will contact me back about a refund.

i bought these for my mother in law actually because she kept complaining about her neck. She loved them so much I had to buy a set for myself. Now we both swear by them. Unexpected bonding over neck patches lol Honestly recommend it.

Update: Started these as a complement to my microneedling sessions. The combination has supercharged my results. My esthetician says my skin barrier looks healthier than ever. Worth integrating into your routine for sure.

my neck used to be my biggest insecurity. not anymore.

I dance ballet recreationally and posture is everything. A smooth neck makes such a difference visually. These patches have given me back the confidence to wear lower necklines in performances. Small detail huge impact.

good but takes patience. don't expect overnight miracles. give it 4-6 weeks of consistent use before judging. I almost gave up at week 2 and I'm so glad I didn't because week 5 is when it really clicked for me.

The patches arrived in a different packaging that are displayed on the website. On website patch is in a nice envelope. I got mine in a foil without any signage. The patches were placed in a paper dirty envelope that looked very flimsy. Besides, the patches I received are much smaller than those on the website and barely cover my neck. Very disappointing so far.

Two and half weeks for delivery.
It was shipped from China.
Came in a plain silver pouch.
Does not stay put. There is no way people are sleeping with this patch.
Refund policy is misleading. They will not return your money - only a voucher will be issued.
Do not be fooled by this company.
I imagine all those positive reviews are fake.
Save your money.

At this point I would say do not order this product. I don’t understand what is going on with this company. I saw Celloa on social media, read the good reviews here and trusted they were accurate. I ordered the 5 pack. It took 3 weeks to receive the order which came from China. And they are in plain foil packs that don’t have any Celloa packaging. This seems very sketchy to me. I don’t even feel comfortable using these. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company unless they give me a good explanation fast.

Another example of Social Media Marketing being deceiving. Not only did I not hear anything about the status of my order weeks after I placed it, it was way passed shipping time and the email I received for the purchase was mostly in another language. I responded to it and got an undeliverable notification. It was only when I disputed with my bank they reached out and sent the order. And what I got was a few silver pouches in a bag, with no info, or labeling. Unusable product (you are supposed to put it on your neck for 20 minutes and it just slips off). I cannot see how this product would do anything for your neck that moisturizer wouldn't do.

First, I keep receiving more shipments I didn't order, and the "cancellations" link on their website conveniently doesn't work. Also, the patch does NOT stay in place, rendering it ineffective. And there's no customer service phone number or link on the website. I would love some insight as to how I can get them to stop charging my card for something I didn't order.

I've recommended these to every woman over 40 in my office. So far 4 of them bought them and all 4 are seeing results. We've become a little neck patch club at work lol

I ordered multiple items and they were never sent, but my CC was charged immediately. Every email returned with a different answer and was difficult to understand. I finally had to contact my CC company. My money was refunded by the company with no explaination as to what happened following the CC investigation. I was looking forward to trying the product, but now realize that many of the review were fake (e.g., skin changes but background doesn’t, no reviews mention the auto subscription, etc.).
