The jersey's look great and the size says XL, but it is likely a US Medium. It is not a youth XL because it is long enough, it is just way too tight. My son typically wears a large size and they fit him but were still a little snug. I did not try to get my money back because I really didn't think it would likely that I could return these, but I will not order from this site again.

I am waiting 2 months for my jersey and it has still not arrived. Customer service doesn’t even respond to my inquiries requesting refund.

ordered online- no problems just took a really long time to arrive. also when tracking, information was incorrect- said it was delivered and it was not. so I panicked thinking someone else got our stuff- then 24 hours later it came.

Your service was very poor, I ordered a jersey a month ago even today I haven't received my order. I'm very disappointed

I would not recommend using Jersey Team Shop (JTS) for purchases. I ordered a jersey ($59.99) to wear to a game I am attending, it took about a month to receive and when it arrived it was the wrong size. I immediately reached back out with my order # and a picture to show the size on my invoice I ordered versus the size I actually received in the picture. JTS responded stating I can keep the jersey that was the wrong size and then pay $29.99 for the new one they would ship. When I asked if that meant the first jersey (wrong size) was free, they responded "no, you should understand we can't lose more money on this" they said I would still be charged $59.99 for the wrong jersey and then need to pay an additional $29.99 for the new one they would ship in 3 weeks (wouldn't arrive in time for the game). I informed that I did not want to keep the wrong size jersey and did not want a new one shipped, and that I wanted a full refund. I asked for instructions on their end of how I need to send the wrong size jersey back, and I have not heard a peep from them since. No refund, and no instructions on how to return the wrong size jersey (too small, if people are wondering). In conclusion, "DO NOT" order anything via JTS unless you want to deal with minimal communication, poor customer service, and pay for a product that is useless to you.

I've worn and washed the jersey once.
The quality is fine, I'm happy.
It was nice to get the customized name and number.
Delivery was as advertised, there were no problems.
If they have kids sizes then I think I will get matching jerseys for my kids as well.

The Rams jersey was too big. The construction was wrong. The graphics were horrible.
