Je vous ai d'abord contacté par e-mail, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'ai réitéré ma demande à plusieurs reprises sur votre site web et par e-mail, sans succès. À ce jour, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai trouvé ce site pour le partage d'avis et de plaintes et, voyant que vous répondiez à d'autres clients, j'espère que vous remédierez cette fois-ci à cette situation.

Broncos jerseys I bought

I ordered the jerseys about almost two or three weeks ago now on the 12th of January and haven’t heard anything back besides that the info was received when I got the jerseys and nothing else and now when I checked the shipping app it says my package isn’t found anymore.

Horrible Shipping

I order the jersey on 12/10/25. It is now 1/22/26 and I still do not have the jersey. Customer service is quick to respond but didn't help the fact that the tracking info didn't change for over a month. It FINALLY shows that the jersey is in the US. I don't know about the quality because I don't have it yet, but def will never order from them again.

Not great.

Ordered numerous items.

Delivery was slow, but some items received and seemed okay. Had to email regarding the rest of the order but communication is not great.

Just realised a tracksuit I ordered is missing the trousers.

Not a great experience at all.

If there is way to half star I would. I have emailed the company several times regarding my tracking number and inquiry into where my shirt is, NO answer at all from anyone! Very disappointing, this was a gift. I doubt I will get refund! There is no answer from customer service nor am I able to track my purchase on their website. I highly recommend buying items from brick store, NOT here. Last email I got was an order resend with tracking number. Then crickets! I also have not been able to reset my password to get into the website, maybe they blocked me because I keep emailing trying to figure out where my shirt is!

Absolute rip off site

Absolute rip off site. Crappy watch and crappier customer service. Would not honor 14-Day Return Guarantee for non functioning watch. Their email response says it all "We are very sorry that we cannot refund you in this case. Because it is a cheap item, the functions will not be complete." It is a CHEAP ITEM fro a CHEAP SITE. Do not buy from them.

Sleeve detail noticeably wrong

I bought 4 tops, 3 came a month later and the 4th was delivered 2 months later. The first 3 were all good quality and I was pleased with them, even though they arrived way after when they were initially promised.

The 4th shirt, which should have featured 3 stripes on each shoulder, were in the wrong place. Instead of the shoulder, they were situated on the back/shoulder blade, which makes the shirt totally unwearable.

Not overly impressed

I ordered two shirts they came after about a month, but the quality isn't brilliant and the colours were different from the shirts they were supposed to copy. Also one badge was stuck on wonky and was the wrong colour. They did refund me for 1 shirt.

Legit site....... just a longer wait for delivery

I was a bit apprehensive as I read the reviews after I placed my order🫣 Took 17 days from placing the order to receiving the tops. I ordered a man's M size which would do size 12/14 female comfortably.... Not fitted but not billowing either. Ordered the away top in an XXL for my Brother... Not too big, an XL would have been a bit more fitting. Size up as made in China👍good quality tops👍

SCAM Do not Buy

Based on reviews i ordered up a couple of sizes but still they sent wrong size.

I ordered 2 different shirts 1st was XXL slim fit and using measurement guide on website this would be big loose fit... they sent me a XXL but measures more like a medium. 4 inches narrower and 2 inches shorter than stated would be.
2nd was 3XL again this would be a large fit but what came measures as a large, 2 inches narrower and 2 inches shorter.

DO NOT BUY

Also they refusing to do refund despite the multiple messages and pictures

I raised a query, I was told I had been placed in a pre order and the shirt will arrive in 2 months.

If you can put up with a long wait

I ordered on 4th August. They arrived on the 21st August. Must say the goods are done really nice. So if your prepared to wait the goods are definitely worth the money.

The rest turned up 2 weeks later! **Only 3 of the 7 ordered arrived**

**Update on the Missing Shirts**

They are no longer missing! They have now been delivered but 2 weeks after the others. The quality is very good for the price paid but they took 4 weeks to deliver. 3 star would have been 4 if they all turned up at once and the email communication was better as to what was happening.

I emailed straight away explaining that only 3 or the 7 shirts ordered arrived. I received an email back from you saying that as far as you were concerned the order was complete. I have had no replies since so you have basically just stole my money.

I ordered 7 shirts from myself and a friend but only 3 arrived. I emailed and explained that less than half our order arrived. I received an email back saying that as far as they were concerned the for had been completed and ended all contact. I would avoid at all costs for this reason. The 3 shirts that arrived were decent but this isn't enough to cover the fact that we are missing 4 shirts and they clearly don't care.
