Ordered a friend Arsenal Black away shirt from 2022/23 season. Eventually delivered but was wrong size, fake and charged £40!! Really it’s not worth 40p!!!

Fake company they send fake perishable items via USPS on purpose with a wrong address and then USPS notifies that the address is wrong and they had to dispose the package because it was a perishable item.

I am still awaiting my Jersey
I am still awaiting my Jersey. Was hoping to wear it at a game but nope. I do understand we are still regaining our strength post Covid and chain supply, but what I don’t like is how I’ve tried emailing and it was email address does not work. So seems like they have fake contact information.

Item never delivered
My item was ordered Aug 10 and has had zero tracking activity since August 19. I reached out to customer service 2 times and only got one response which was just to be patient. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card.

AWFUL!
AWFUL!! I paid so much money to customise the jersey, and the name was incorrect. I placed my concern with Support, and they have been equally disappointing and useless in failing to communicate when the correct jersey wil be delivered. Don’t wast you time and money here.
