Wir haben im September 2024 einen Backend Entwickler über Jefferson Frank vermittelt bekommen. Leider mussten wir diesen bereits nach 3 Wochen innerhalb der Probezeit entlassen. Die tatsächlichen Fähigkeiten des Bewerbers entsprachen nicht dem der CV, die uns der Recruiter zu Beginn des Bewerbungsprozess vorgelegt hatte. Das kann mal passieren, aber es geht darum, wie man mit solchen Reklamationsfällen umgeht.

Die Vermittlungsprovision wurde zu Startbeginn des Kandidaten vollständig von uns an Jefferson Frank bezahlt.

Auf Grund der frühzeitigen Kündigung, hatten wir Anspruch auf eine Teilrückerstattung der Vermittlungsprovision. Wir waren anderer Auffassung als Jefferson Frank, in welcher Höhe wir Anspruch auf eine Rückerstattung haben. Leider hat sich der Dienstleister hier gänzlich Kundenunfreundlich verhalten, obwohl wir schon früher Vermittlungsaufträge erfolgreich zusammen abgewickelt hatten.

Selbst die vom Dienstleister angesetzte Höhe der Rückerstattung, die uns schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde, hat er trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung und unter Fristsetzung nicht an uns zurück bezahlt. Nach 2 Monaten ging die Angelegenheit dann zu unserem Inkassodienstleister.

Wir werden zukünftig mit Jefferson Frank nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten und einen anderen Dienstleister einsetzten.

Je viens d'avoir un appel d'un recruteur de Jefferson Frank qui, sous le prétexte de faire un point sur ma situation professionnelle, saute dans des questions genre "Quels sont les besoins de votre employeur en terme de recrutement?", etc.
Déjà, je ne sais pas d’où il avait mon numéro de mobile car ce n'est pas renseigné sur aucun site de recrutement. Je lui ai posé donc la question à ce sujet. La personne de chez Jefferson Frank me répond qu'il a trouvé mon numéro dans leurs bases de données car, d'après lui, j'ai eu un contact avec eux en début 2024.
Je viens de vérifier de mon côté: le dernier contact avec Jefferson Frank remonte à plusieurs années.
Clairement ce recruteur coriace à obtenu frauduleusement mon numéro et tenté de faire son jeux commercial sans gêne.
