Sam set a strong foundation from the start. In our initial call, it was clear this was the type of role I was looking for. I’ve worked with recruiters who miss that alignment, so I appreciated how we assessed fit early on. He also provided solid prep materials and quick debriefs after interviews, which made a big difference in how I approached each step.
