Excellent care and compassionate staff
I had a very positive experience with Sanctuary Care. From the beginning, the staff were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which really put me at ease.
The level of communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed and supported. What stood out most was their compassion and patience they treat people with dignity and respect, which makes a big difference.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend Sanctuary Care to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality care support.

Too many people getting involved with…
Too many people getting involved with constant requests to repeat and send personal documentation in.
I chose to decline dealing with SP due to this.
Not an easy process for temporary work.

Making sense of the small print
There is always someone to consult if the process becomes difficult or confusing; you know that if there are errors, necessary corrections will be explained. Whether by email, text, phone or video link, a 'voice at the other end' is comfortably reassuring. Communication is the key.
