It arrived through the post quickly,and it was easy to set up.The only thing that could make an improvement,is for JCB to make a folding case for the phone

just received phone when transfering contacts it lost half of names but not numbers many tec buffs have tryed unsuccesfully topair in blutooth without handsfree its useless

Well the best thing about it is the matt colouring which means there is no glare on the phone when I look at pictures.

phone do not work been emailing requesting refund and return no response anywhere its very difficult now i will have put chargeback

Great customer service. Roy Taylor was excellent. The back of the Tradesman phone was tricky to get off. Roy’s advice solved the problem. He also expedited delivery of the phone which was urgent as my brother was in hospital and needed it quickly.

Phone came quickly easy to set up no issues phone feels great to use good spec for the price happy with the purchase.

I have used a JCB Tradesman phone for many years and it has been just the job for me. The new model 3 was required as 3G is being phased out. It is a bit on the big side compared with my model 2, but I hope l’ll get used to that. I found the company easy to communicate with (thanks For all your prompt and patient advice, Ray). Good to support this British based company.

Bought direct rather than eBay, so had to pay postage. No instruction manual, tiny amount of onboard storage. Keyboard clunky with small buttons. First time dropped, proper dented, so not really very tough.

This was bought a choice to use a non smart phone whenever possible - but it had to be good at the basics. And the Tradesman3 is excellent - call quality and sound are crystal clear. I’m impressed that the JCB phone can pick up 4G in my home. No other phone smart or dumb has ever been able to do this. It proved a godsend as a very effective wifi hotspot when my broadband went down recently. It has Whatsapp and other features that are difficult to do without now such as Wifi calling and LTE. With bluetooth you can connect headphones and keyboards easily. It’s an unusual phone, perhaps not beautiful in the conventional sense, but very good at what it does. You can even drop it in the bath without worrying! Minor niggle - a physical screen lock would be easier than key based faffing.

Quick in post and goodly built phone case

I bought this cos I don't trust the chinese brands for rugged phones. I came from using a CAT S61 and trusted JCB to be my next provider. One of the reasons I chose JCB was due to the customer support and, in that regard, I was not disappointed. Roy from sales and Brian from tech support were excellent. While the product itself could be improved, I had no issues with the company or the service. Thank you.

Purchased a jcb toughphone MAX from JCB. Quick delivery. Had some issues that were probably my fault. Nothing was too much trouble and my emails were answered almost immediately. After running my own business (now retired) it's getiing difficult to deal with anyone with this attentive customer service. The issue was resolved quickly. I could not recommend this company highly enough. Once again it's rare in my opinion to get the customer service I received. Highly recommended and I will without doubt be returning. Fantastic 5 star service. Special thanks to Roy.

I made an on line purchase of the toughphone late one afternoon. It was delivered early the following morning. What more could I have asked for?
