Watch Adrian at JCB build it first…then it’s a breeze.
Great communication, great product, and having watched Adrian build the chipper from crate to finish it was actually a breeze to do and I didn’t need to consult the manual once. I actually built it on my own and with only one arm so that gives you an idea of the ease to put together. Filled a builders 500 kg bag in no time at all, and although quite noisy, ear defenders take care of that. Great product for a great price.

The shopping experience is fine
The shopping experience is fine, but there is a fault with the keys. Because they are 'Security' torx, then they should fit over the round protruding security piece that prevents you from using a normal torx key. The hole in these is either too small or non existent. My motorcycle uses the security torx head bolts. I needed this small compact set to carry on the motorcycle. Unfortunately it is no good. The inside hole in the key must be present, larger, defined to make them Security Torx keys. The issue with the fault was raised with the suppliers who dealt with the problem by refunding me the money. I'm grateful for the refund, unfortunately I still have Security Torx screws on my motorcycle that I will now replace with normal Hexagon Setscrews.
