Replacing faulty parts with used and damaged ones.
Ive now had 4 sets from JCB under warranty.
60 emails sent asking for parts.
Got send used damaged parts as replacements.
Set 1 fault socket delamination- had to collect and send a new set
Set 2, 1/4 extension ball fell out so doesn’t hold sockets. Had to send a new set and collect
Set 3, first use and 1/2 extension ball stuck in and doesn’t hold sockets.
Sent out replacement but was short extension not the long 1/2.
I then asked them to send a new part and they tried saying they’ll issue a 100% refund and replace the set however I had warranty still so told them they need to fulfil it and send out a replacement.
THEY SENT A USED DAMAGED PART TO REPLACE IT. They could not at all justify why.
Now saying they need to collect and send another set.
Over 60 emails sent, hours of my life trying to get them to send parts.
Do not even think of buying from them.
Absolutely disgusting to send used and damaged parts as replacements.

I was happy with the ordering and…
I was happy with the ordering and delivery. I was a bit disappointed only to have one battery. It means having to stop and wait for it to charge. Also my last JCB drill had a plastic case which gave good protection.
My last JCB drill is still in good working order but the charger has failed. What a waste.

Tines bent on two forks from previous places. The JCB fork looks as if it is strong and will do the job. The lifetime warranty is good news.

Unreliable and unprofessional.
Ordered on the 27th of January to be shipped on the 31st.
February 10th went by and nothing. Submitted a request form asking where it was, told its been delayed till the end of the week to the 14th. Well it's the 18th now and still no word of a delay or it's been shipped.
They don't tell you when it's been delayed. They don't update you when it's back in stock. But theyre very happy to take your money and then ghost.
I will never be ordering from JCB again. Totally unreliable, customerservice doesn't exist to them.

Great piece of kit
I was a little bit wary that JCB were giving away several tools with it as there was a bit of a glitch saying multiple extras but after calling them I ordered and the chipper came pretty quickly it was straight forward to assemble and a very well made piece of kit and easy to use I would recommend to anyone

Service is shocking AVOID!
Well i bought a drill. And when I used it I released it was right. So when I call you, you wanted to charge me 5% of what my drill costs! So when I repackaged it I released you hadn’t even sent me the right bloody drill! I spent at least 1.5 hours on the phone getting pushed from post to post.. to eventually got through and then all the apologies came. But still didn’t get the drill I was meant to get. Your service is shocking!! I will not be back. And if anyone asks me about a tool company I will be telling them never to go to you..

The 5% charge was advised as the initial reason provided for the return was due to the drill not fitting your needs. This tpye of return would be classed as a change of mind, hence the deduction. However, the moment you pointed out the issue with the incorrect machine being sent out, the 5% deduction was retracted.

Ordered a drill costing £99-99 and got…
Ordered a drill costing £99-99 and got sent one that cost £57. Phoned up to ask what was going on and got told the drill I ordered doesn't come with a 4ah battery,( even though it was on the website for sale) so I got sent a different one. The order was then cancelled by the genpower and I had to return the package and wait 15 days for my money to be refunded.
