The sofa was left in my garden as they said they couldnt get it in they didnt even try their attutude was shocking . They then proceeded to take my sofa witch i have paid for back in to the van i had to shout and chase them to give me the sofas as i said i paid for them . Never will order from this company again it left me upset and shaken they kept taken photos of my property when i told them to stop they kept taking photos . One hour later my daughter and her friend came and got the sofas in without any problem . Im sitting on the sofa as i write this .... shame on this company for allowing my sofas to be left in the garden and the rain

Wow delivery on the highest level
Never had such great service from a delivery company like this. They are on a higher level. Kept us informed at every step of the delivery. Cannot fault them at all, they telephoned and text to let me know the exact time they would arrive. Both of the gentleman were extremely courteous and even put the delivery into my living room.. cannot recommend them highly enough.

JBS delivery
Delivery was as scheduled, with a phone call about 30mins before arrival. The delivery chaps were very good, brought the goods indoors to where I needed them. Packaging was damaged, but this looked as though this was well before JBS received them. Goods were undamaged.

Great service
They were really accommodating and understanding when I was not available for the first two planned delivery dates.
Enough communication, without being bombarded with updates and a call when they were not too far off. The guys were friendly, helpful and super quick at getting the old stuff out and my new bed in.

Having replied NO to a text message for…
Having replied NO to a text message for my mirror to be delivered the following day as I knew I wouldn’t be in, I was surprised to get another text, the following day, saying the delivery driver was 20 /30 minutes away. I tried ringing the contact number in an email that had also been sent the previous day, but no answer.
Only good thing about the delivery was they managed to leave it with a neighbour rather than taking it away again.

When you replied to decline the delivery for the following day, that should have immediately stopped the process — and it absolutely should not have gone ahead. Unfortunately, due to a system glitch, your declined response was not acted upon correctly, and the delivery was dispatched regardless. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this caused, particularly the unanswered phone call when you tried to get in touch.
We are glad to hear the driver was able to leave your mirror with a neighbour, but we fully understand that this does not make up for the stress and disruption of the situation.
Please be assured that we have identified the fault in our system and are actively working to fix it so that no other customer experiences the same issue. We take your feedback seriously and are sorry we let you down on this occasion.

I had to keep a hosp appt so the building manager let the delivery men in. They rang me 15mins before the arrived and i passed it on. She said they were polite and curteous, and prob the best delivery people she has had the pleasure to meet. And believe me she's seen a few. I will def pass this on to my friends and family.

Excellent delivery
What a great team they were. There was no question of them just leaving it on the doorstep. They brought it in and put it where I wanted it out of the way until it could be assembled. So nice to have friendly, polite and helpful men do a delivery.

Great customer service. Received an email to confirm delivery slot, they then telephoned the day before to confirm time slot and text 40 minutes before delivery to confirm when specifically to expect arrival. Mirror handled and delivered with care. Excellent service and I appreciated the real time updates.
