What three words would save time and money.....
The Company informed me when to expect delivery and said they would phone half hour prior to arrival.
Driver was friendly and helpful. Delivery eventually went well BUT my house is difficult to find and assistance was declined.
Ask for a "what three words" reference and you would save a lot of time! I gave that reference via email but the driver was unaware.
Parcel was delivered sucessfully....but service could be improved if you had a working gps.

A bit confused and worried…
I was phoned by JBS to arrange the delivery on two separate occasions and each person gave a different delivery date. I mentioned the first call to the second caller and they said they had no record of this call and it was definitely a SCAM! Why so sure? How did both callers have my details and the details of the delivery?? A bit confused and worried as I hope my details haven’t been shared with dodgy folk. Item arrived unscathed though and delivery guys were excellent.

This was my first time ordering bathroom panels. I didn't know what to expect. Everything went smoothly. I was kept informed about when to expect delivery and the guys were there in schedule. They were very careful unloading the panels which came individually boxed and arrived in excellent condition. The panels are sturdier than I expected and are straightforward to cut to size and fit. They look splendid. I'm very pleased.
One thing: I ordered joining strips separately as I couldn't see how to order them alongside the panels. Highly recommended

The bookcase arrived within the stated time, and, on time on the day , however, I didn't appreciate being told I had to pay them £20 in cash to unpack it and remove the rubbish. It was left in my hallway, which was my room of choice. Apparently it's £40 if you request this through the company, neither arrangement I was aware of. As I had no cash, they shrugged and went on their merry way and left me to struggle with it myself. Won't be using them again.

We work with many retailers, and depending on the retailer, the customer’s circumstances, and the property, we may not always be able to take the item to the room of choice. All information about charges and whether certain products can be assembled or delivered to the room of choice is always included in the customer’s file when confirming delivery. Outstanding quality service/product
Ordered the bed online. Easy methods to pay. They communicated through several methods, emails, phone calls and text messages. They communicated in good times and turned up to planned delivery. The team were efficient and very quick putting the bed together. The bed itself is absolutely brilliant. I had the best sleep in a very long time. Drivers refused to even try to bring item inside
The delivery was due this morning.
The driver called me repeatedly despite my not answering as I was in another extremely important call.
When they arrived, they refused to bring our item inside because they claimed it would not fit through the doorway. (They did not try to bring it in). They also refused to unload the items from the box.
The box is now sitting in front of our house, which is on a busy road.
Now my husband and I have to figure out how to unpack a box of flat pack pieces, including a marble countertop, during our working day.
Appalling service.

Our drivers always call customers about half an hour before arriving at their property just to make sure the customer is aware and ready at present for their delivery. our delivery drivers don't let our customers down in anyway. If the customer's delivery has been sorted for assembly, they will definitely assemble it for the customer. Customers should let us know if there are any changes or concerns regarding a delivery. If drivers are aware that certain products cannot fit in a specific area, they can think ahead and plan an alternative.

The guys kept me in the loop for their long journey up to Scotland and ended up being here hours earlier than first advised, that was great and they were quick and efficient with the delivery of my mattress they even took the plastic wrapper off and put it straight onto my bed to save me the heavy lifting. Not the most chatty lads, but very efficient, I recommend them 100%.
