Jane Clayton & Company Omdömen

Great choice of wallpapers at very good prices

Please be advised that the reviews on the Jane Clayton website have been filtered hence higher ratings. I was very disappointed by the customer service I received from such a prestigious brand but no means of putting on their official website. I inadvertently ordered ONE roll of Capri Lemons fabric rather than the wallpaper. Even though I reported issue immediately and the Company could have easily resold it they were not interested and only sent me a generic response. Very disappointing.

Good quality fabric. Very prompt service & no problems with my order.

Quick , efficient and very prompt
Wall paper arrived much sooner than I expected
Very impressed with Jane Clayton & co

Samples arrived quickly and presented nicely.

Excellent customer service thank you.

Such an easy way to buy fabric. Order some free samples. Check which is right for your project then order what you need and in 2 days it arrives at your door. Perfect.

Ordered fabric samples that arrived promptly. The samples are a reasonable size enough to help with decision making.
The company is really good to deal with and helpful and have made our house refurb journey easier

Very service-oriented. Thank you for being so responsive. Answered all of my questions promptly and my sample arrived super fast.

I ordered the fabric to make cushions for a certain day and believe I ordered within a reasonable time frame to get the fabric on time. The fabric has still not arrived and is now overdue despite me ordering it a week ago. It will then take up to another 5 days with shipping once they’ve dispatched it, if they ever do. Quite frustrating because the cushion inserts arrived the next day from John Lewis after ordering on standard delivery which was great customer service. I can’t say the same for Jane Clayton.

Each sample is of a good size. Delivered quickly. I am likely to buy as a result

Jane Clayton is my go-to website for fabrics. Whether I'm looking for something affordable or something a bit more premium, I always find exactly what I need.

Most recently, I ordered 10 metres of fabric from the Outlet range to make table runners for a charity event. I also bought some gorgeous velvet to reupholster an office kneeling chair and make a few cushions. Yes, you really can reupholster office chairs – I transformed another one of mine in bright pink, and I love it!

Over the years, I've bought fabric and a rug from Jane Clayton, but never wallpaper, simply because I don't have any in my house. That said, the wallpaper selection is amazing, and I still find myself 'window shopping' just in case I come across a design I absolutely have to have. Then again, I'm probably more likely to put fabric on my walls than wallpaper – and I know exactly where I'd order it from. 😊

Their headboards and cushions look amazing too, although I tend to make my own. That just means I know exactly where I'll be going for inspiration – and, of course, for the fabric!

Absolutely beautiful wallpaper, the quality was amazing. Would highly recommend:)

Good value, easy to deal with, great communication

Delivery issue, Then sorted out by customer service

Very easy to order on-line. Material arrived surprisingly quickly and was a great price

Jane Clayton had the wallpaper we had difficulty sourcing in the colourway we wanted. We didnt realise it had been dispatched under another company name which caused confusion but delivery was under 5 working days, much quicker than other companies quoted. Well packaged and we are very happy with our Oh Popsi paper. This company has a massive range of papers to choose from and we will be return customers. Recommended!

Order arrived quickly thanks!

Excellent service, fast shipping and good price. Highly recommend
