Good morning, I have reviewed your order and see that my colleague contacted you on the 5th June to apologise for the initial delay and to explain the stock was due to arrive in with us mid-end July, to which you accepted as your daughter doesn't need the item until September. This lead time is unchanged and we do aim to complete your order within this time time frame. We will contact you to confirm your order is dispatched. I contacted Jane as wheel on pushchair bought 10 months ago had broken and could not get response from the retailer I purchased from.
Jane were excellent I sent them proof of purchase and the same day a wheel was posted out! Fantastic service.
I purchased Jane trider as really only needed car seat as had already bought a pushchair! If we had known how good the Jane was we would never have bought other pushchair as the Jane is a fantastic system and best I have ever used!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Paid for a 12 inch tyre for a buggy. No response to emails or phone calls. They finally cancelled the order 18 days later with a message saying they didn’t have them in stock. I was left without a buggy for my 2 year old for a month during COVID19 when I needed to get her to a large park to tire her out. Desperate service. I would never order from them again. I have emails and payment details if Trust Pilot wants to verify this.

Good morning
We are sorry that we couldn't fulfill your order, this is not something we take lightly. We did carry stocks of this item but sold out earlier that month and were trying to source the product from the manufacturer in Spain, unfortunately they were on furlough and the country was on complete lockdown for over a month. We did also try to source it from another 3rd party in order to fulfill your order but this didn't work out.
When we did finally get an answer from the factory in Spain they confirmed they no longer made the wheel or tubes due to the parts that you ordered being for a pushchair that has not been made for 10+ years.
We are sorry that we had no option and thought it was fairer to you, so cancelled and refund you, we did express this in the email we sent to you at the time before cancelling the order.
Please accept our apology for not being able to fulfill your order.
