Glasses are too tight
Glasses are too tight, which I believe are giving me headaches. Do you guys have an eye doctor on your team verifying the fit before sending them out? Very tight in the nose area too. I compared to ray band in store and their fit is wider.

We unfortunately can't have an eye doctor or any professional for that matter verify the sizes because that would have to be done on a per-person basis. They are hands-down the best brand I’ve ever worked with. I love my commanders. I had them stolen from me. I reached out to them they responded really quickly. They were nice, simple, and very easy to work with. I don’t think I’ve dealt with better customer service in my life. Besides that the glasses are phenomenal. I love the polarized. And they fit me phenomenal. I get compliments all the time. People ask me how much I paid for them and when I told him $50 they think I’m lying. Greatest purchase I’ve ever made

Decent Customer Support
I had a problem with a missing delivery, which is definitely not their fault, but as the buyer, they’re who I turned to after asking family members if they’ve seen a delivery. At first, the customer service representative was unable to help too much and was a little slow to respond, but the second email that I sent had a response that came back extremely quick after I asked for help on the JadeBlack Instagram page. They then sent a replacement, which I have to say is very kind. All in all, not bad.

I had an issue with receiving my frames being slightly bent. Custumor service promptly responded to my complaint and sent me a new pair for free! Excellenct customer service and response time, A+++.

Refund after Misunderstanding
They sent me an expired coupon code. After I made my purchase without any coupon, they sent me another code right after. By considering my already made purchase I got a refund of my purchase.Great service!

Very impressed with the products
Very impressed with the products! Great quality sunglasses, and what’s even better about these guys is when I had a small issue with one of the items I received, they responded right away. I highly recommend purchasing from Jade Black. I’m greatly satisfied with the products and even more satisfied with their customer service.

Excellent products
Great products and great customer service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the first collection they made, back in February. Five months later, I noticed an issue and brought it up to their customer service. Despite being outside of their refund/return window, they worked with me to rectify the issue. I've ordered two more pairs of sunglasses from the summer collection and will gladly continue to do business with this company.

I just got the commanders glasses and…
I just got the commanders glasses and they are good for their price. The design is great. The only issue I have with them is they are not the same quality as ray bans. These glasses we advertised as being able to compete with Ray Bans but I disagree. They still are good quality but I wouldn’t say they are equal to ray bans. I held my girlfriend’s ray bans and compared them to my commanders side to side and the weight difference is noticeable. The lenses on the ray bans are better quality as well.

Jade Black's customer service is hands down the best. Contacted them about an issue I had with my product and within a matter of minutes they were able to resolve it. Definitely recommend Jade Black and all their products!
