This website is a scam; do not purchase. I bought two glasses from it in November, and they have taken my money but not sent the product. I've emailed them several times. As I am based in the UK, I tried to contact the phone number on their website, which does not work.

Do not buy anything from this website; they will take your money and not send you the product. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be ripped off and out of pocket.

Jose is a scammer 2 day shipping been 2 months an no email

Placed an order on 2/1 and it took nearly two weeks to hear anything from the company. Despite repeated emails, only received one reply asking me to be patient as they are experiencing issues with their system. Never received an expected date. Phone number disconnected. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY

They don’t pay influencers for campaign work and ignore emails from both influencers and their customers.

We bought 2 pair of glasses the Wednesday 29 Aug. expecting to arrive between the Monday 3 Oct. and Wednesday 6 Oct (according to Jade black they were supposed to arrive between 3 - 5 business days. Receiving the glasses for that date was very important, because we bought them 'cause a family member was in the USA that week. The Wednesday in the afternoon we sent a message to them 'cause we hadn't received them and our family member was returning back the Friday, we explained them that if they don't arrive the Friday before 5:00 am; then the delivery is useless, as expected they stopped answering, few hours later we received the number of order because they ship with Fedex. Unfortunately, the delivery was supposed to arrive to the destiny until Friday 4:30 pm, we texted them to ask for the refund or to send it to our country because was their fault, obviously they didn't answer. Until today, Fedex changed the delivery day until 11 OCT 4:30 pm 'cause the shipper (jade black) haven't given them.
To summarize the delivery service is the worst ever, we'll need to talk to the hotel to deliver back the package to jade black to hope THEY WILL RETURN OUR MONEY, but until these moment; +$200 are at stake. Definitely, with the money there are no shortcuts, it's better to earn more and prevent these type of brands.

Worst glasses I've ever had the screws stripped from the frame causing them to widen and fall off constantly. Customer service is the worst I asked them for some replacement screws or a new frame and no response after lots of emails

I ordered 4 glasses, received them 3 days later, great quality. 19.27€ fro shipping to France and FedEx is still claiming 46€ for my order, why?

I ordered some glasses 4 months ago still haven’t got them it’s just unbelievable I thought the service would be better but unfortunately it isn’t i emailed them last month about it they told me it’s in transit so I waited still haven’t received anything

Awful. Rubbish quality that is reflective of the "cheap" price that they bang on about. The screws on them were haphazardly placed and loose, causing them to break on first try. Lazy designs ripped off from other brands - Persol being the latest that they have copied from. Customer service was an absolute joke, as many of the other reviewers have stated. Don't buy from a fashion youtuber - the trend following parasites. Buy from reputable brands, that's how they have the market share, in good products.

This customer service is atrocious. I ordered my glasses in August of 2020. It’s January 2021 and I have yet to get them. I’ve received countless emails of them telling me they’d be coming and be sent, and yet, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them recently requesting my money back and to cancel my order and they’re not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I placed an order few months ago but the order didn't arrive, so after taking 1 month for them to reply to my email, they said they will send me a replacement which didn't arrive either. I tried to sending a couple of emails to them for past 2 months but no reply. So, I contacted them on insta which took them a day to reply, and they said they'll send another replacement which I said no to because I was tired of waiting and lost interest. So, I requested a refund which they kept on airing me on Instagram. They are airing each and every message from me on Instagram. Worst service, worst customer care, bad at everything. I didn't expect this from Jose

Ordered 4 sun glasses from them and they shipped me 3 sun glasses I was trying to get help by email them all they answered was what is your order number then they disappeared for a few weeks after they sent me an email refunding my missing sun glasses like what? Without my permission I paid for FedEx scam customer service 50$ I’m not gonna let that money slide.

Illegal company that evades federal and state taxes. Needs to be shut down immediately.

I use a cellphone maybe 10-12hours a day with a nerve condition that effect my eyes. These glasses totally help! Got rid of the pain in my right eye that's been hurting me for a month in a matter of 2 days. Thank you very much for an affordable product. Very clear and able to bend to adjust if needed to fit loser to your head.

Bought glasses and they sold out the next day. Glad I got them in time but of course I got a refund as well before it shipped assuming something went wrong with their stock count, I guess it was too good to be true. Jose if you are reading this, I’ve had HORRIBLE customer service and experience with both Jade Black and ESNTLS by the way.

Atrocious customer service. Waited two and a half weeks just to receive an email saying they were refunding my order. To top it all off, they keep making ads to bring in new customers when they couldn’t even handle the last launch. Don’t waste your time and money.

I love jade black but customer service are on the slow side. I emailed them over 11 days and no respond. I order 3 pairs and one is missing !!!

Absolutely terrible company and experience. Ordered once, glasses broke. Ordered another time and they didn’t ship after a month and then got refunded. Don’t waste your money on this terrible company with false promises. The reviews prove this as a fact. When a company has almost 50% bad reviews dont waste your time.

I still have yet to receive my order, i got the shipping information and the invoice number but my order is still not here!, i orderd a pair of glasses on june 23 and we are now on july 9th and i still have not received my order, I tried emailing customer service but I haven’t received a email, i am very disappointed, ive been waiting for multiple weeks now😔
