Where is my order

Where is my order? I ordered sunglasses on 22-06 and haven’t received any shipping information. When queried I was told it will be sent as fedex priority and was given 15% off my next purchase.but still no news on shipping. I have emailed them again but no answer to my email . Never experienced this before with any other companies. Very disappointing!!!!!

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Like this is my first time buying your product and i can say it won't be happening AGAIN and won't be encouraging anyone i know to shop with your brand. Your customer service is nonexistent, so that is my review and please get someone to get back to me with either a refund or i may have to call my bank to do a rollback transaction.

Completely disappointed in Jade Black

Completely disappointed in Jade Black, on June 22 I made an order and my invoice came to the email but I never received a shipping confirmation, I have tried to contact your email a thousand times but I don't get any answer yet, the last time they answered me they told me that they would send me more information about my order on Monday and we are already Friday and I don't receive an answer about what happened.

Bad customer service

Waited a whole week to get glasses and when I finally got them they were the wrong pairs. It’s been 6 days since I got them I’ve emailed customer service already plenty of times and I haven’t heard from them .

Was really looking forward to trying…

Was really looking forward to trying out the prescription glasses since there was so much hype online. I ordered 2 pair for a very special occasion that was coming up but instead I get my order cancelled for something that went wrong on their end. They told me that I’ll just have to wait for their next drop. I am very disappointed at their customer service and overall how they have for the whole situation. I will not be ordering again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Great quality, must have!

I usually never leave reviews, but when a brand provides quality product combined with a reasonable price, I had to. I have a couple of their glasses and they’re all great. The Generals are my favorite, since I always get so many compliments on them :) Initially I deff thought the price was too good to be true, but trust me, these are the best pair of sunglasses I’ve owned. I will never turn to another brand now. Plus, their customer service is incredible! Was very responsive and quick to resolve an issue I had. Definitely recommend!!

UNQUESTIONABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW.

The undeniable quality of these sunglasses is completely nullified and overshadowed by willfully neglectful and seriously poor customer service. Company basics are missing. Things that aren't hard (even in a pandemic) like operational structure are missing.I am experiencing SO MUCH frustration right now due to neglect from Jade Black. I ordered the Starks sunglasses which were too big for me, but I was like "WOW! The quality and craftsmanship is unreal!" so I set up a return for in store credit (I was in love with the way these things are made) and encountered my first issue: the return email was a company template that hadn't been filled out- hence their return address looked like this:

[RETURN ADDRESS LINE 4]

So I received return instructions and no return address. Most companies don't want you to use the address that it shipped from because returns for most online retailers are taken in a different place than where they ship from. So no returns address to send my return in my return instruction email. To make things worse, I was so confident that Jade Black were my new favorite sunglasses, I ordered ANOTHER pair because I have a trip coming up. To make sure that I received them before my trip, I paid for expedited shipping. The next day I received tracking which stated it would be updated within 24 hours to see movement. After 48 hours and no update, I was a little concerned and sent an email but only received an automated response providing me with basic order information that I already had and 100% did not address my initial concern. I replied back to that email 2 days ago with my plea for assistance and here we are 2 days later, nobody got back to me to see what could be done, still NO movement on tracking (it looks like it could have been issued 10 minutes ago) and my glasses were supposed to have arrived today because of the expedited shipping I paid for and nothing. No assistance, no glasses from my trip and now, if they ever actually send me the glasses that I ordered, I won't be here to receive them and packages have been taken from off of my doorstep before. And to top it all off, I can't even submit a new request for help because all of a sudden, Jade Black wants to completely shut down their website in anticipation of a new product line drop that's happening in 6 days. You can keep that new product line Jade Black, I JUST WASTED $100.00 and have zero to show for it. SMH.

Quality,style and effectiveness.

Bought commanders in prism and sunglasses and love them both.
The fit and feel is great.They shipped the day after I ordered and the fact that they took 10 days to get from New York to New Zealand was pretty incredible.
The blue light blocking lenses means in 2 months I've barely had a day of tiredness which for me has never happened before.
Probably one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Pretty good glasses but I felt they are a bit lightweight and laking the heft I expected, which made them feel a bit cheapy.
That would have been okay, except two weeks after I received my order, I also received a demand from Fed Ex of €35 for customs.This is almost the same cost of a pair of glasses - so even though the budget price for the glasses was okay for what I receoved, I've now ended up paying almost twice the price. I feel this was something that would have put me off buying the glasses in the first place, had I known.

Our sincerest apologies for the incoveniene. The customs fee is nothing we can take away as it is put in place by the country the product is shipped to :/ 100% of that fee goes to the country and Fedex simply collects it.

Pretty ridiculous

Pretty ridiculous. I understand complications due to covid, but it takes them 2 days to respond to emails. It was 10 days and I had not received my order which is fine... only if when I emailed they responded. At that point, I asked if I could cancel my order. Then they ask" would you like 30% off" then when I say no I want my money back, they start to ship. Waste of money. They still haven't come. 100 Canadian dollars down the drain

Our sincerest apologies for the delays. If your order was shipped despite being cancelled, please email us at help@jadeblack.co and we will work to get that resolved ASAP.

I understand your frustration and therefore would like to provider more transparency into why there have been delays. Due to COVID-19, we're experiencing three big problems:

1. Increase in traffic + customer inquires - given that people are home more now, we have seen an increase in traffic, orders and customer inquires.
2. Shortage in staff - due to COVID-19 we have had to work remotely for the better part of the month and under-staff our warehouse to the follow local state guidelines.
3. Delays in shipping via our carriers (USPS and Fedex) - all shipping carriers that we work with are experiencing delays as a result of CVOID 19 as well, therefore package that on average takes 3 days to deliver normally now might take over 10.

These three things combined have resulted in us having do more with less with an understandably undesirable shipping service. We're trying our best to get orders out to our customers as soon as possible. Please bear with us as this is not the norm, and things will slowly start to return to normal.

Terrible customer service!!

I returned the sunglasses because they didn't fit me, There was nothing wrong with them. Sent an email asking about the return and refund process, they reply to my email 5 days later telling me to ship the glasses first, then they will refund the money. I shipped back the glasses on 01/23, USPS delivered the package on 01/24 its been 3 weeks and no refund, I have sent multiple emails asking for a status, no answers, nobody replies my emails, so now I have no sunglasses, my credit card charged and NO answers from Jade Black.

I ordered a pair of prism glasses last week. I followed up with Jade Black through email and haven’t heard back. Prices might’ve been too good to be true? Hopefully not.

Great glasses

Quality of glasses is very good. Case is little bit fragile. For the price of 50$ this is the best choice in the internet. Help support isn’t best but after some problems I received the package.

Better quality then high end brands

I would like to start with "wow". I bought jade black Euclids and commanders and i am totally in love with them. They had the same heft and quality as of high end brands if not better. At the same time they are polarised and are being sold for $49. I don't know how they are doing it but they surely are saving us from getting ripped off. And oh how can i forget that it just took 5 DAYS to ship from USA all the way to middle east Doha Qatar. Straight 5 stars from my side with no hesitation. Keep up the good work guys. And it's the first time i have been so surprised by an online shopping store. Best experience ever. Cheers!

I’m astonished!

I won’t lie, I was skeptical when purchasing for only $50. I got the blue light prisms. The shipping took longer than expected, but once they arrived I was blown away by, not only the quality of their product, but also the shipping wrapping. It had plastic sleeves on both ear pieces and a full plastic wrap over the lenses. The carry box is like nothing I had seen before, and is top of the line. 10/10 would recommend and I will be purchasing a set of sunglasses in the future. They could easily sell these for $100 or more. Awesome quality. Keep up the good work. You’ve gained a lifelong customer
