Mi hanno cancellato 13 volte una richiesta di prelievo senza fornire motivazione.
Ho capito che volevano che mi giocassi i soldi e quindi ho chiesto la sospensione del conto gioco per una settimana come da loro T&C .
Sì sono rifiutati di applicarla e cosi ho perso tutto.
Ora ho inviato un reclamo all'ente regolatore e a casinò guru.
Poi si passerà alle vie legali.
Non giocate qui perché è una truffa.
Tutte le recensioni buone sono completamente false!
Rispondo alle altrettanto false risposte del casinò:
- il secondo prelievo da me inserito non superava il limite giornaliero di 5000€ poiché tale prelievo è stato inserito in data successiva al primo prelievo di 5000€.
Si possono avere fino a tre prelievi in sospeso quindi ho rispettato correttamente la policy sui prelievi.
Il secondo prelievo che era di circa 2000€ mi è stato cancellato dal casinò nei giorni di sabato, domenica, lunedì,martedi e mercoledì! Quindi come ho potuto superare il limite giornaliero di 5000€??
E come mai in un vostro casinò gemello dello stesso gruppo Fair game ho potuto inserire ben tre prelievi in due giorni consecutivi senza problemi con circa gli stessi importi complessivi??
- inoltre avevo chiesto ben tre volte al mio vip manager di prolungare la sospensione del conto gioco già impostata e che scadeva martedì perché vedevo che continuavate a cancellare senza motivo il mio secondo prelievo per preservare i fondi in giacenza.
Il vip manager Fletcher ha ignorato la mia richiesta anche se sono stato perentorio nel farla tre volte e specificando che non volevo perdere il saldo. Così mercoledì ho perso tutto il saldo che sarebbe dovuto già essere prelevato giorni prima!
Questi sono i fatti! Che mi rispondete ora???
Comunque ho aperto un reclamo presso Casinò guru e presso il vostro ente regolatore.

Also they promised to help me sort out a refund request but just after the live chat was finished they blocked me on everything and don't respond anymore.
