Withdraw takes a long long time
First of all: It is a nice casino with good games! Deposit money is very easy!
But: when you have won and want to withdraw your money it is terrible.. You have to withdraw your money and wait for 4 or 5 days and get a mail. You have again to withdraw money and fill in every time again your bankaccount details. Then you have to wait about a week or more to receive your money. They ask a fee for a withdraw and you have to wait such a long time about your money.

This is another casino that falls into the category of rogue in my opinion. Contrary to the reviews that give 5 stars. This casino offers nothing. They charge a 3% commission on withdrawals. I'm not actually sure if they then pay those withdrawals. They haven't with me anyway. I've been told it will be paid shortly to there is a processing delay. All the while I could reverse the withdrawal. Its a common trait amongst these type of casinos with limited responsible gaming options, intact they place the bar of having to go through support for these tools. If you like to play and withdraw your winnings in a reasonable time say under 48 hours then don't play here. They say between 2 and 5 business days so you've to assume if indeed your paid it will day 5 and undoubtedly 2 extra days for weekends. All the while you can reverse your cash out unless you ask for a freeze which presumably stops the clock on the withdrawal procedure too. Play somewhere else that at least honours their withdrawals.

This casino takes 3% to apply a withdrawal. It was applied on the 2 options u had. A wallet and a bank transfer.
With regards withdrawal processing time. I can't comment further because I never got my withdrawal. I don't expect to get it either.
I'm blue un the face contacting support who at this stage are practically sneering me. I gave up looking for my withdrawal so in conclusion, they didn't honour a withdrawal and no reason was given. I'm fed up trying to contact them so I'll just stick a complaintnin with the gaming commission.

As a gambling addict i opened an account on this site even though i am self excluded on their sister site"Wizebet" because of gambling problems.
This site just accepted me instead of protecting and blocking me.

Casino handeling with illigal intentions
A few weeks ago, I decided to create an account on the website jacktop.com. After registering my account, I immediately uploaded my documents for verification. Upon uploading, I received a notification that my account was fully verified.
After making several deposits (around 800 euros), you quickly become a VIP player. As a VIP player, you get "your own VIP Agent" whom you can always contact for questions or to receive additional money bonuses on your account. These money bonuses are subject to wagering conditions that vary. They are usually 50 times, but the VIP manager can lower them if he feels like it. The VIP manager claims to be your friend, but, of course, only as long as you keep depositing. Once you stop depositing, the perks quickly disappear.
After depositing over €1000 at Jacktop.com, the moment finally arrived when I won a significant prize. Naturally, I wanted to withdraw this prize. After submitting the request, my account was suddenly no longer fully verified. Fortunately, the VIP manager was there to solve the problem quickly. After my account was finally reverified, I could proceed with the withdrawal. However, the withdrawal was not processed promptly; it took a very long time for them even to start processing it. Meanwhile, I withdrew the funds several times to play with them again. At one point, there were even 2600 euros in pending withdrawals that were not processed at all.
Frustrated with the slow withdrawal tactics, I contacted the VIP manager. Unfortunately, he couldn't do anything for me. As a gambler, I withdrew my winnings and, as expected, lost them all again while playing. When I was quite frustrated about this, the VIP manager became reachable again. He expressed his "regret" about the delayed withdrawal and, as a consolation, offered me another cash bonus of €50. Naturally, these funds were also played and lost within a minute at the casino.
I decided to permanently close my account. I had a bad feeling about this casino. It bothered me especially that my account was suddenly unverified after requesting my withdrawal, and withdrawals were not being processed at all.
Closing the account was not as easy as it seemed. In email exchanges with "my VIP agent," he tried to convince me not to close the account up to six times. My response to every email was, "Please close my account permanently with no possibility of reopening." I received responses like "Are you sure? Shall I give you another bonus? Consider a deposit limit; use a short cooling-down period." I replied to all with "Close my account permanently, please."
After overcoming many obstacles and temptations, my VIP manager finally closed my account.
Since I have a cruks registration in the Netherlands and can't legally gamble online in the Netherlands anymore, I'm forced to gamble online abroad. A few days later, as a gambling addict, I contacted my VIP manager again. I asked the simple question if my account could be reopened. Of course, this was not a problem. The only thing he told me was, "Can you confirm in an email that you take responsibility for reopening your account?" This puzzled me because I had explicitly stated multiple times that they should permanently close my account with no possibility of reopening. Eventually, I received confirmation of the permanent closure from my VIP manager.
Reopening my account was a piece of cake. I could deposit again, and my "VIP manager" was once again my best friend. There was even a moment when I mentioned I couldn't play because I was waiting for my salary to come in. My VIP manager advised me to contact him when I started playing again so he could prepare a nice bonus for me.
After depositing a few hundred euros again, I decided once again to close my account. I asked again if this could be done permanently. The current status is that it is currently closed.
My conclusion: This casino is simply not trustworthy. Verified profiles are suddenly viewed differently upon the first withdrawal and are then unverified. If you do manage to reach a withdrawal, it simply won't be paid out. This is, of course, my experience, and I don't know how it happens with other players. Your personal VIP manager is only your friend if you keep depositing. In the end, I managed to withdraw the amazing amount of €0.00 from this casino. Believe me, I spent many hours and a lot of money.
The last thing is about there licence:
The Costa Rica licence is a joke. Stay away people please. I know that i have lost my money but the Costa Rica License is something that just not exist. Think twice and please never ever play at this casino.
All the positive reviews here are from people receiving free spins or cash bonusses. Do not trust them.
