Próbując takich zmian żaden kraj nie dawał opcji w pełni by grać na wszystkich grach. Strona założona na Ukrainie, więc nie jest w unii.
Cash back według regulaminu powinien pojawiać się we wtorek. Czekam na niego nie raz po parę dni zanim się pojawi a do tego nie widać na twoim koncie informacji ile masz uzbieranego zwrotu (cash back).

Hele slechte uitbetaling. En wat helemaal erg is dat men nog maar 500 euro max per dag zegt uit te betalen. Door de trage verwerking is dit in de praktijk ongeveer 500 per week max
Maandag vraag je een uitbetaling aan. Woensdag wordt ie goedgekeurd, vrijdag heb je 't op je rekening.
Ik vind het misleiding en ga kijken waar ik een klacht kan indienen.
Ook hun antwoord hieronder is nietszeggend. Ik heb namelijk anderhalve week elke dag met de VIPmanager gesproken. Die geeft antwoorden als 'dit is het beleid".
Wat ze niet doen of niet lijken te willen begrijpen is dat hun dagelijkse max van 500 uitbetaling, door hun trage uitbetaling in de praktijk maar 1 x per week kan worden uitbetaald. Dus als je 2000 wilt uitbetalen kost je dat ongeveer 4 weken. En een boel gedoe.
