No updates on delivery status, they didn't tell the recipient who sent the flowers so the recipient thought it was a wrong delivery, and they did not deliver a postcard despite asking me to write a message that I want on the postcard. Poor service

The arrangement was perfectly executed with very fresh flowers. The sales team responded well to my queries and provided much support.

It was my first time with Iweiyi and I have has an excellent experience. The products delivered were spot on as per the images on their website. The delivery was on timely manner. I was amazed at how quickly the deliveries could be delivered. Our client absolutely loved the gift basket! The quality and design are wonderful. I forgot to add a gift message after processing the purchase and used the chat function on the website to ask if a gift message could be added to the order. I was assisted immediately by Lily, and the gift message was added to my order straight away. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

The parcel was delivered to the address as specified by the recipient had not received the flowers until I had to ask her whether she had received them because they were left at the concierge without her confirming receipt. It would be great to be able to have the recipient to confirm the delivery.

Delivery was great just like promised. But arrangement was not what I bought. It looked different than what was promised in website.

Fast . Reliable service

The ordering experience through Iweiyi is very good. They do need to fix their hyperlinks to better so you can make it faster to fix addresses. The customer service while not available in the phone responds quickly and will assist you in the correct formation of the address. They are very good overall. Would definitely recommend.

They deliver accurately and on time every time. The website needs a bit of improving. There is always confusion with billing addresses versus shipping addresses.
