Ordered flowers on 11 Feb to be delivered on 14 Feb for Valentines. Order was not delivered and the support email remains unanswered for days now.

This is my first time ordered the fresh flowers from Florida, USA to deliver to Changde, China. OMG, I am very impressed with the speed of the delivery (same day service) and the high quality of the flowers. The experience was okay however I was a little disappointed that my message to the recipient was not added to the greeting card that was instead blank with nothing written on it.
