iWarehouse spectacle factory Omdömen

Lovely experience with amazing customer service 10/10. Great selection of glasses, I only got the cheapest as they are a spare set and did not get pushed to put more expensive add ons which was a so nice.

Fast and friendly efficient service.

Fast and efficient service. Reasonable price. Didn’t try to ‘up sell’ unnecessary extras.

great service and great people.
very quick turnaround
Thanks

Very professional service and a great price on my glasses. Won’t be using anyone else and wish I’d used them sooner

Was recommended by a friend to try iWarehouse. I liked that it is a local family run business and the team were super helpful as was my first time buying varifocals. They had a very good choice of frames and took their time explaining how my new glasses would work and options available. Found the prefect frames and new glasses were ready I’m just over a week.

Very polite staff, have time to spend with you, never pressure you into buying and very professional

Lovely service from the minute I walked in ..Will be going back and highly recommend x

I absolutely love this place. Firstly, because they're honest. For the better part of two decades, I was wearing the wrong size frames for my prescription. I'd been to Vision Express and Specsavers and all the other big names, but when I came here, the first conversation we had, they were very honest in their recommendations, explaining to me why I should not have picked the frames that I wanted.

Secondly, the staff are fantastic. Fantastic sense of humour, they're very professional, and they're always willing to go out of their way to help. I could not speak more highly of this business.

Great service as always, very helpful and pleasant staff.

Wish I started using this place years ago. Get your eye prescription take it hear and get your glasses. You will be amazed how much money you can save, spread the word

Good service good price

The service my wife and I received at iwarehouse was fantastic. We both had our lenses replaced and had the lenses in our sunglasses changed too.
We will definitely go there again and recommend to others.

I’ve been using these guys for a few years now . Always accommodating, pretty prompt service and always try to do what I require.
Prices are good , that’s another good reason to use this company.

A very friendly and efficient service. Lovely people, very good range of frames. I have been using them for years znd never had to complainDeb

Great family run business with wonderful service. Jeanette was lovely and very knowledgeable and spent lots of time helping me choose my specs. On collection Joe was equally friendly and professional. Very happy with the whole experience of purchasing my specs here. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Initial appointment with Leigh who was professional, friendly and explained the whole process. Lots of glasses to choose from, all reasonably priced. On collecting Sally-Anne was kind and caring, and quickly fitted my glasses in under 10 minutes. Will recommend to anyone.

Great glasses sold by great people at great prices The lenses are such great value when compared to my old optician
