Very helpful staff.
Excellent service and reasonable cost.

Wonderful customer service, with real advice not just wanting to sell you something. Super friendly and relaxed. Very knowledgeable and willing to advise an all aspects.

Always great service, wouldn't go anywhere else

Excellent family run company. Very friendly and helpful in addition to being truly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They have a superb range of frames, and are competitively priced. Visiting iwarehouse is always a pleasure.

I am very pleased with my lenses that the iwarehouse supplied me with the people are very friendly and I would recommend to anyone who needs to get new glasses

Fantastic customer service. Always helpful with frame choices and they go out of their way to find the right style and fit for you. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very patient. The price is very reasonable too.

This was the second time I’ve used iwarehouse and on both occasions I couldn’t fault anything. The service was excellent from the initial visit picking the frames right though to the collection.
I would definitely recommend iwarehouse to everyone.
Great service and great value.

Excellent service as always. Took lots of time and care with the glasses to ensure they were correct.

When one of my younger granddaughters decided she would adjust my glasses for me (bent arm and dislodged one of the lenses), I made an appointment for a repair with the iWarehouse as this is where I purchsed them about a year previously. When I presented my sorry looking glasses (expecting the worst scenario, new frames/glasses) I was presently surprised that it appeared not a problem for them, because after about 10 minutes my glasses were returned to me looking brand new, further more when I enquired the price for the repair I was told there was no charge, but If I wanted i could make a donation in their charity box, which I was more than happy to do. A fantastic company with very polite and professional staff.

Everyone is very friendly and they have the patience to cater for your every need. They provide advice and choices without pressurising you into a decision. Will always recommend them.

Good selection of frames which are reasonably priced. My lenses were a comparable price to the opticians. Staff very polite and helpful. They phoned my opticians to ask for a more recent prescription for me, which was very helpful. Glasses took over a week to be available but overall I’m very pleased with the service from Iwarehouse and I will definitely be using them again.

Very professional, very polite, very helpful and very relaxed. It was lovely.

Always a good experience at iwarehouse, I have brought all my glasses from there over the last few year. Great value . friendly and professional services . Definitely my go to place for glasses . Thank you Lee and team 😊

The appointment booking is straightforward with plenty of availability. Staff both friendly and helpful but not pushy. There is a good selection of frames which are affordable. My glasses were ready within 24 hours. Excellent service and value. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended 👌

Always a good option for new lenses in existing frames. Have used this company several times- 5*
