iWarehouse spectacle factory Omdömen

Friendly, efficient service and competitive pricing

Very friendly, relaxed and patient service. Hard to come across people who have time to chat these days. Glasses were ready and n 7 days and I was able to collect them the same day. An excellent choice of frames and every service at least £15- £30 cheaper than where I had my eyes tested! I also love my glasses. Thank you. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Nothing really to say. Both visits went well. The staff are friendly. The product is very good and the service was excellent. Been here several times in the past and will be back next year.

Really friendly and informative service. Didn't know I could have my rimless specs re-glazed with my new prescription! Had all four pairs done, this has saved me hundreds of pounds buying new ones from Specsavers. Family business, and they really care about giving their customers the best service possible. Won't go anywhere else in future, and I've been telling everyone about them. Very happy!

The staff were really friendly and knew their subject ,they were really helpful at all times without being pushy and the after care was second to none.
The choice and the prices were very good

Amazing service from an amazing team! Second time of using and the customer service is outstanding! Served by Sally-Anne (previously Lee) great advice, knowledge and service. Would happily recommend 5*

Always use the iWarehouse. Great choice and good prices. Staff are very attentive and I highly recommend you try the iWarehouse next time you need glasses.

When ever I need new glasses or just a adjustment all the team are always there to help.A special shout out to Janette and Leigh who are always there to help with my complex prescription

Excellent service and price

As always very professional, friendly and prompt, they are always willing to assist with any little problem

Excellent service again from Lee and Jeanette when I called in to select some new glasses. A great range to choose from that doesn't break the bank too.

Fantastic customer service!

Ive recommended iwarehouse to friends, family and colleagues who have all mirrored my opinion. Staff are ready to help whenever needed, but also give you space to browse if required. After purchasing various glasses and sun glasses i dont even consider going anywhere else because of the great prices, really helpful and friendly staff, assistance with fitting/readjusting.

Great service speedy delivery

Made appointment on line to have new "reading" lenses fitted to old frames. Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment, having my frames checked and lenses agreed.
When the "new" spec's arrived they were as I needed and after having the side arms adjusted / reshaped to accommodate thicker lenses, it makes reading a whole lot more comfortable.
I still use my varifocals throughout the day [especially when driving] but sitting down to immerse myself in a good book is now perfect.

My wife and I both needed new glasses, having new prescriptions. My wife had been to iwarehouse before and had no hesitation on returning.
Our initial contact was with the wonderful Jeanette. I required two pairs and I was amazed with how many questions there were about how and when I use my glasses. Reading, computer work, watching TV driving, during the day and night. Jeanette spent time making sure we had the best glasses for our needs.
Returning to collect our glasses we were looked after by the lovely Sally-Anne who ensured everything fitted perfectly.
iwarehouse operates an appointment only system, which is so much better, as you are not rushed and the place doesn't get packed out. Service is relaxed and totally professional, giving you confidence you are in the right place.
Sure, you can get cheaper else ware, especially on the Internet but if you want rubbish, be my guest. Your eyes are a precious commodity, so look after them.

Saw Jeanette who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She went through all the options with me and was very patient as I take a lot of time to decide things. Very happy with my glasses and would definitely go back again

I smashed my glasses and needed a new pair for my upcoming holiday. They were very helpful from start to finish and the price was great too. They managed to get me replacement glasses the day before my holiday, couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone. I will be going back for some sunglasses soon

This family business is absolutely the best place to go for great service, pure professionalism, and amazing selection of frames. Added to this the friendly welcome, patience, attention to detail and very reasonable prices why would you go anywhere else.

Been coming here a few years now, I just had lens replaced in my old frame the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Thank you so much SusanStannard
