I have been with IVY RX for six months…
I have been with IVY RX for six months now. And I am down 40 pounds. I recently received a prescription that was incorrect and I didn’t receive all my medicine, but I reached out to support and Myra worked on the problem and within a few days I had my medicine. !! Myra helped me tremendously and answered all my questions that I needed answered as fast as she could but she solved my problem quickly and got everything straightened up for me so thanks very much ! Other than this time I have not had any problems at all with the company or my service

Delays
I have been working through chat to move from monthly billing to 6 month billing. The process had been challenging. During the process both monthly and 6 month prescriptions were placed on hold. I reached out again 5 days ago to make sure my prescription was set to process today. Jan responded and was able to confirm I was on schedule. After seeing that my prescription and charge were not progressing today. I reached out again. Now I hear it will be 4-7 days to get the prescription started, which is why I contacted you 5 days ago. Now I will miss a dose due to these delays.
