The product is good and was delivered on time.
The product is good. The delivery was in good time, although I was not given a date and time in advance. The driver was helpful and placed the gravel exactly where I wanted. I find the change of name from Louth Building Supplies Ltd. to "Plane and Simple" confusing.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the review and hope I can help on the points you've made to clear them up for future.
1. Plane & Simple is the online marketplace where numerous independent builders merchants can sell their products. The reason you've seen Louth is because they are a merchant partner of ours who sell in your postcode area. You've selected Louth as the merchant to buy the goods from.
2. The delivery date is given at each shopping stage during the process as well as on the order confirmation screen and email. We encourage the merchant to contact you, the customer, prior to any deliveries too.
Hope this helps and thanks again for shopping on Plane & Simple!

Hi Stuart,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet expectations.
With all orders on Plane & Simple the order confirmation which includes the delivery date estimate, is sent as soon as the order is placed. We can see this is the case and the email was sent to your email address at the exact point of purchase.
Although it's not a direct reflection of you're experience on our marketplace at Plane & Simple, we work hard to connect DIYers with trusted independent builders' merchants, and when a merchant falls short of the high standards we expect, in this case communication, we take it seriously. We'll work closely with them to understand what happened and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope we've been able to demonstrate our commitment to providing great customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to put things right.

Lazy driver
There was one item missing, one item the wrong type of sand, the first delivery the two young lads were polite, professional and helpful. The second driver was the exact opposite. I'm afraid I will not be using IBT again.
