Very professional drop off in tight location. Only slight critique is that I didn't receive any communication (text or call) prior to delivery. Fortunately arrived home just as the delivery driver arrived.

Great service
I ordered 6 sheets of PIR insulation and plasterboard on a Friday and was told delivery would be on Tuesday but to my surprise it was delivered on the Monday. Superb fast delivery and a very helpful delivery driver who made unloading into the house very easy.
Very good prices, especially considering the low threshold for free delivery.

I'm really made up with the slate my only complaint is I'm a very small 80year old woman with arthritis and the driver left them on the front path and I struggled to get them in the house would have appreciated a quick call to tell him to put them round the back but other than that they were delivered on time and in good condition

Good price and fast delivery. Quality of the wood slats wasn’t great, badly cut, a lot of broken slats and quite a few bent out of shape.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet expectations.
We're pleased you've made the most of the best pricing and fast delivery!
Although it's not a direct reflection of you're experience on our marketplace at Plane & Simple, we work hard to connect DIYers with trusted independent builders' merchants, and when a merchant falls short of the high standards we expect, we take it seriously. We'll work closely with them to understand what happened and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope we've been able to demonstrate our commitment to providing great customer service.
