Slightly disappointed by the service…
We were using both the flea and worming treatments for our 7 month old Labrador. The products worked well for my dog however we found that delivery took quite a while and a change of credit card details appears to have stopped the monthly subscription service altogether despite me advising of the updated payment method.
So good product with poor delivery service.

Won't be using again.
Itch product and packaging looks great, the personalised box is a lovely personal touch and the application itself was easy to apply.
I had seen a lot of reviews stating this is great treatment to use. I seen a few stating it did not work for their pets. But unfortunately for my poor cat she had a reaction almost immediately. Within 2 days she completely lost her fur in the application area, alongside the balding she has scabbing and oozing. Safe to say I unsubscribed and will not be using again!!

Useless against London fleas
Was with itch for 9 months for my cat. Used with the spray around the house several times, cleaning extensively, hoovering etc, nothing would get rid of the fleas. Went to vet today for something else and was told that itch is a scam and is completely ineffective against London fleas because they have evolved. Immediately unsubscribed and am switching to vet's prescribed spot on treatment instead. This is completely unacceptable and led my cat to suffer so much and our family to struggle getting rid of fleas for months for nothing. This company should not be allowed to sell anymore, at least not in London.

Quite good but unreliable delivery
My cats haven’t had any reaction to the treatment which is good. It’s easy enough to change your plan as I’ve had to do that with the worming treatment.( from tablets to spot on) The delivery can be a bit slow. Twice they’ve had to go a couple of days to a week unprotected because my itch package hadn’t arrived.

Poor customer service!
UPDATE: ITCH RESPONDED BELOW. Despite the fact that they have the Order number on my post, so have all my contact details, they have failed to reach out directly and deny receiving my email about my Order. Poor!!!
I followed a link from social media and found the website front page confusing - was I buying for a dog or a cat?? - it wasn't clear. I placed an order and it appeared that I'd purchased for a cat, not a dog. I immediately emailed the company asking to change the order to dog and pay the difference, either by phone or a link. I've had no response. Today, 4 days later, I've received the order for a cat! Poor customer service. Not even an email acknowledgment! My order no: 23563271.
