Always arrives on time

Did absolutely nothing to kill fleas or…
Did absolutely nothing to kill fleas or ticks like other over the counter brands. My cat still came in daily with live ticks all over him. Have reverted back to paying for prescription ones from the vet as this was a complete waste of money

Itch is a good product
Itch is a good product. The only downside is the delivery. Never arrives on time. The cat is getting treated later every month. Not good enough really

The product itself seems to be good and…
The product itself seems to be good and works on my cat for fleas. But 2 out of the 4 deliveries have been late and not on the day they said. So getting fleas when they arrive a week late. It's been 3 days and still waiting for my latest repeat subscription

Great service
Delivered monthly to your door takes away the pressure of remembering when the next treatment is due. It might sound simple enough but when you have a busy household it's easy to lose track.
I have only contacted the customer service once but my question was answered very promptly (within an hour).
I would definitely recommend to everyone

Used Itch for the first time
Used Itch for the first time, a few weeks ago. Fantastic product! Cats weren't bothered by the experience at all. Works perfectly, and just as well as vet prescribed medication. I definitely recommend it to others. I needed to speak to someone at Itch about a problem I had, and they were brilliant. They were really professional and were extremely helpful and sorted my issue out within minutes. I couldn't wish for a better service! Itch you're fabulous!
