Doesn't work
Doesn't work. They advertise it saying it kills fleas on contact etc. but when you get in touch to ask why it's not working, the excuses start. We've used it a few times and seen no progress.
Response to reply:
All this info about treating the environment around them; maybe you could mention that at the point of purchase instead of hood-winking us into three months (still not working) of treatment before mentioning that, you are the experts after all. It tells me everything I need to know when you try to make it my fault that you didn't tell me crucial info that you feel needs to be communicated, instead of taking ownership and doing something about it. The sale of goods act 1979 makes it illegal to engage in commerce through faulty goods. When can I expect my refund in full.

Itch kills all live fleas on your pet within 24 hours; anything that jumps on after that will come from the pet's environment, which is why we advise home treatment alongside the spot-on.

Worst flea treatment ever
Worst flea treatment ever. Was on advantage and used indorex spray which was working and seen an advertisment for itch so used this and 2 weeks later 2 dogs and cat are infested with them. I have never seen anything like it dont waste money awful product

I have a running subscription for flea…
I have a running subscription for flea treatment for two different sized dogs and a cat. They usually turn up on time every month and I don't have to worry about it. It was easy to set up on the website and the price is very reasonable.

Product didn't work. My terrier actually got worse! She was so itchy and she got fleas for the first time ever! Totally did not work. Will not be using again.

Shouldn't take nearly a fortnight for a domestic delivery to complete. The issue appeared to be with their own dispatch centre, so probably leverage Amazons logistics if you want to remain proficient with your pets care.

Is very disappointed to see the same issue we been seeing fleas for the last 8 weeks and we dont both home and cat treatment. Flea spray and wash and comb everyday and night . In fact we should get our money back.
